Amazing company with amazing watches! Say less!

Watch actually tracks blood pressure unlike the expensive Apple Watch I bought my wife.

The carbonox blaze s is a really good smart watch. I love the quality of it, the quality of the packaging that it came in. The only thing stopping it from getting a 5 star rating from me is 2 things 1, there is no tap to pay feature on it Which is a big thing, but it would make it a little bit better of a smart watch in my opinion. And the second thing is a map or a topographical map. Otherwise, this is a really great watch and I would recommend it for anyone that works a blue-collar or a hard job.

You never really know what you're going to get when you order stuff off a website.
However, Carbinox can be trusted to deliver quality products, on a timely basis, just like they said they would. I am thoroughly impressed and highly recommend Carbinox products!

I purchased a watch on their website on 4/16/26. On 4/17/26 I received and email stating it had shipped and they provided a tracking number for the USPS. A few days later I tracked it and found the USPS hadn't accepted the package. I thought that was odd but gave it a few days more. Checked again, same thing. I then emailed the company because there isn't a customer service telephone number you can call. I received a canned email stating the watch I ordered was on back order and it stated so when I purchased it.
How do I receive a tracking number if the unit isn't made yet and on back order?
I then replied with screen shots of everything they provided showing this.
I received another reply that I will be notified when there is an update. I then checked on Friday, 5/1/26. Same status!
I sent them another email stating that if I don't get this shipped and see progress by early this week I would dispute the charges with my credit card. I received absolutely no reply.
Today, 5/7/26 I checked again. Still in the same status. I sent another email. I did get a reply today after I disputed the credit card charges.
They are stating they are filling the shipments in order of the purchases. They are still pushing this thing all over social media but they can't send out my unit that was purchased 3 weeks ago?
For giggles, I went on to Amazon and I can purchase the same model in the black color, just a si did on their site and it would be delivered to my home in 2 days.
Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!

So far, I love it. It’s super clean and easy to use

It held up great the first day of using it. Made phone calls, played music. Most of all it held up I was cutting concrete, tearing out existing structures, and lots of hammering and demo work.

Edit. I was contacted by Carbinox asking for me to contact customer service which I did . Their representative Felipe confirmed that if you buy a carbinox watch from their Amazon store that the unlimited warranty does not apply and you're SOL. I researched this watch and made the decision to buy it because of the lifetime warranty and actually paid a little bit more through Amazon so I could get it next day just to find out that the company will screw you out of the lifetime warranty that they advertise on every platform. Nowhere do they mention that the warranty is void if it isn't purchased through their website. Give zero Stars if I could.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a watch through their official Amazon page, only to be told afterward that the “lifetime warranty” they advertise doesn’t apply because the purchase was made on Amazon. So apparently buying directly from their own authorized Amazon storefront somehow voids the warranty. That’s misleading at best and dishonest at worst.

A lifetime warranty that disappears the moment you actually need it is worthless. If a company is going to hide behind technicalities instead of standing behind their product, that tells you everything you need to know about their customer service and integrity. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually honors what they advertise.
