Multiple layers of frustrating.
I ordered a watch from Carbinox. Setting up the watch was frustrating because the default settings were in Chinese and it didn't come with any written instructions. I had to use Google Translate to get it set to English. Once I finally got that done, I was disappointed to find out that the watch goes to sleep like a phone and has to be woken up in order to see the time, heart rate, etc. The last straw was that the heart rate monitor was nowhere near accurate. During hard workouts, it would show my heart rate below 100 when it was anywhere from 130 to 170. I was able to get a return label after a lot of run around and frustration. Once the watch was returned, Carbinox charged a $10 re-stocking fee even though the watch didn't work correctly.

What makes my experience great is the fact that I've ruined several watches because of banging them against metal at work. I wore my new carbonox blaze at work all day today and banged it several times as usual but there's not a scratch on it. I'm hopeful that this one will last! Easy, and Wonky
So far its been fairly easy. Download free app, walks through set up and gets right on to it. Only thing Im finding so far is the metal band doesn't let the bars out to size correctly and the pins to attach the watch are simple but wonky to use. Started monitoring things right away. The on screen and close screen by flipping your wrist is cool though.

My previous smart watch was stolen at the Palo Alto VA Hospital by a fellow Vet who wanted it more than me.
I had to replace it. The make and model was no longer available at Amazon so I ordered another smart watch.
This watch arrived the very next day. Thank you Prime Delivery. I ordered the upgrade ( extra watch bands, charger, and glass protector).
The watch is rugged and more than I had expected. I like the design and how easy it was to set it up. I am completely satisfied.
