My order showed up today. 5/16/26 Everything looks as advertised. It would be helpful to know when the orders are delayed for one reason or another. Other than that, I'm excited to try them out. I got one for me and one for my son.

I ordered watch bands and they sent the wrong one , they had me take pictures of the wrong band and proof of my order and then send it back. After sending it back to the address they sent with there return label they are saying they never received it evan after they sent me the tracking number with confirmation that it was delivered to the address on their return label. Now they don’t respond to emails about either sending the band I paid for or refunding my money . Do not recommend doing business with this company as they do not stand by their mistake. Can’t imagine if there was a problem with my watch how they would handle a warranty issue .

You would never believe what I've seen these watches go through at the steel I work in (several ofnus wear them). I've never seen one break. I always wore G Shocks because they're so durable. G Shocks don't compare anymore. The future is upon us I guess. How tf do they not break?!? Just buy one

Ordered a watch on 5/1. Received a tracking number on 5/4. Item still has yet to ship even though I had paid for USPS tracking 3 day delivery. Now 5/12 have not received a single email update back after sending 2 to get a update. One was last week and another today. It is very frustrating considering I don't ever buy anything for myself, then this happens. Waiting a few days if no response disputing the charges.
