I ordered the silver travis bracelet on the 19th Jan (drop day), and did not receive until 14th Feb. I believe the company ships out of the Netherlands. This wait time was much longer than I expected and was the main reason for my rating (+ the clasp). Upon contacting help (after 14days), I was told it would be arriving in the week, so good communication on their part.

The quality itself is very good. I love the bracelet my only criticism is the clasp is very hard to put on by yourself, it needs to be a little longer.

The attention was great, i don't have the Bracelet yet but it looks amazing, i really recommend buying here!

Great company. Bought about 5 or 6 chains and 1 ring. All really good quality and looking even better than in the pictures. Also really good customer service (fast and friendly (IG and email)).
One time they miscalculated the order shipping time, but never waited too long to update on the situation.
I’d definitely recommend y’all to buy here! Again, amazing shop with nice and friendly people, and really dope pieces. Can’t wait to see the future releases. Keep up the good and hard work, Chayne!

Limited drops can take a few weeks to ship, but the customer service will let you know. Replies fast on IG too

Got 3 pieces now. Every single one of them I’m wearing almost every day. My necklace turns 2 years next month and is still in perfect condition, same as my neck that holds it every day. I’ve been following this brand for some time now and I have to say, they’ve never disappointed me.

After 7 days, I received a mail from them with a tracking code that wasn’t working. I tried to contact them, but they didn’t respond. So I cancel the payment and contacted PayPal. They didn’t even respond to that. Never buying there again.

Chayne has switched their methods for their brand with releasing some limited quality pieces never to be restocked again. I found their brand late, so I missed out on the release of the Cross pendant, which I desperately wanted upon seeing the photoshoots for it. I decided to ask Rianne (who’s always a great help) about it, and she graciously checked the warehouse, and found some pendants left. I wanted the silver version, unfortunately, there were none remaining, but the gold is just as beautiful, which I paired with an 18 inch rope chain. It goes perfectly with my crown of thorns ring. Thanks to Rianne, and the team at Chayne, I have a jewelry piece from them I’ve wanted for a while.
