I love this bra (scoop). It has great lift, very nice fabric (modal) and fits well. Comfortable for all day wear. Sadly, I have not run into customer service so bad as this. They either don't answer phone, can't help you, website return doesn't work well (told me my return was in process when it was received an hour before) and the mailing time is ridiculous (thank you Amazon for getting most to step it up). Took 12 days to get my item. The other issue was fit. Same size in different colors fit differently. I had to return a 36C (which the other fit perfectly) and will try the 38B in that color. We'll see how that goes. I'm not sure I'll order again.

Ordered once. Got charged twice. Three months of back and forth, sizing was off from their chart, and returns were a mess. Would not recommend.

I placed my order on Dec 1. CUUP told me I would receive it in 5-7 business days. On Dec 22 I contacted customer service because I had not yet received it. I was told that because of a heavy volume during the holidays, I should wait another 2 weeks to receive my order. Fine, I waited. Today I called customer service to ask about my order as I had not receive it yet (7 weeks later). The agent refunded my original payment and said it was never shipped so they cancelled it.
DO NOT SHOP WITH CUUP.
This is not the first time they have messed up my order and it always takes double the time to receive it if they do ship. They do not care about their customers and seem to have a lot of problems on the back end fulfilling orders and coordinating shipping. There is 50/50 chance you're just giving CUUP an interest-free loan between time of purchase and cancellation your order.
Inconsistent sizing, free returns are not free if you want your money back

That's crazy--way more than return shipping. My observation is that their sizing is very inconsistent, and with the unfriendly exchange process, this is more risk than it's worth.
Should be zero stars for nasty service with no product for $100. Total scam
Should be zero stars for the worst, nastiest and most useless customer service ever. I purchased an e-gift card for my wife, which she never received. They told me it was sent to my email, which is not true. I only have the order number. I was told "there's nothing we can do." How is it possible that I paid them $100 for nothing and can't get it back? Customer service agent #30095 was unbelievably triggering - worst service I've ever experienced. She should look for a different line of work, in my opinion.

Customer Service is absolutely abysmal
Spent several weeks going back-and-forth with Customer Service because they had put the billing address as my delivery address on accident and they stated that they could not make any changes after the order was placed. After the order was delivered to the wrong address and return to sender by whoever received it, I was informed that they would be an issue with credit, but they did not. Finally, I spoke with someone today and she asked if I would like a credit to the website or if I would like it, returned to my Visa card and I stated that I would really prefer not to continue to go back-and-forth with the company anymore, so to issue the credit. She responded “They don’t wanna deal with customers like me either.” I imagine it was on a recorded line, that was verbatim. I find that really hilarious because you would think that a customer who has patiently called several times simply to correct an error on their part would be someone they wouldn’t treat like garbage. I would run from this company, the quality is not good enough for the treatment.

I asked the agent simply to advise me of what we can do, he kept saying “nothing.” I will never order from them again after that treatment.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. This company takes no accountability for their own errors in orders placed. They do not allow you to cancel orders and do not provide any kind of purchase confirmation or shipping information. When I spoke with someone regarding this, the company took no accountability. Very shady. I loved their lingerie but cannot purchase from this company again due to this terrible experience.
Received wrong item- threatened by Cuup
I received the wrong item in the mail- wrong color and style, and the representative said I would have to return the original item, or be charged twice. Customers should not absorb the burden of processing errors. It also happens to be illegal. The new ownership has sunk the ship- really sad to see. Used to love their products.

I’ve been a loyal CUUP customer for years, purchasing dozens of their undergarments since their launch. However, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I placed an order last week and received the completely wrong item—wrong size, wrong everything. I contacted customer service with photos to report the mistake, but it took days to get a response. When someone finally replied, they offered only a free return label and a refund because my size was sold out. I asked if I could exchange for a comparable color instead, but both the agent and manager said this wasn’t possible.
It’s clear things have changed drastically since CUUP was sold to a larger company. What used to arrive in thoughtfully packaged care boxes now comes in flimsy plastic bags plastered with other brand logos. The quality, presentation, and service no longer reflect the CUUP I trusted. It’s disappointing to see a brand I loved lose its attention to detail and accountability. I won’t be shopping here again.
Not so comfortable as expected
I was excited to try Cuup because of their focus on better sizing and natural designs. While the bras look great, the fit wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped, and they lacked the support I needed for everyday wear. For the price, I expected more. It’s a nice idea, but it didn’t work for me.
Don't waste your money on Cuup!
I loved Cuup and their products. That was until they got bought out by a larger company and changed the material/quality of their products. They even changed the packaging, paper box, cloth bags to put your underwear in. Instead, it's all plastic and even the bras are made of synthetic fibers which of course is plastic. Don't waste your money, they are charging more than in 2020/2021/2022 for cheaper, crappier products.
Bras fall apart. Bad customer service.
I've shopped at Cuup since 2022 and the shopping experience and customer service have deteriorated since the company was absorbed into a conglomerate. I love the styles of the bras, but apparently the hooks start falling off before a year has passed (what else can you expect from China-made products). I reached out to customer service and they were unwilling to help or stand by their product since the 60-day window had passed. I hate when a customer service rep quotes legal policies when the quality of the product does not stand up to expectations. So buy with caution. Your bra investment may not last long. And in this economy, that may be a dealbreaker.

Mailed back a bra via Happy Returns
Mailed back a bra via Happy Returns. Got an email it was received and will be processed for refund. Refund never happened. Emailed customer service multiple times - no reply. New parent company “FullBeautyBrands” that owns them now has mailed me 3 letters threatening collections since I have opened a dispute with my bank for the $67.47…for $ they OWE ME. and yet not a single response from their customer service this whole time. So I guess they’re on top of it when sending letters threatening collections but not with much else.
If you return items, don't expect to get your money back
I purchased 2 bras through this company. One never arrived, which was reflected by the tracking info Cuup provided. It was difficult to persuade them to either resend the item or issue a refund.
I later returned an item through the service they use for returns, called Happy Returns. I dropped off the item and it was scanned, but I never received a refund. When I reached out to Cuup, they said I needed to mail them (through the USPS!) a hardcopy letter requesting a return. I did. I still have not received a refund. So I have no bra, and no refund.
As for the quality of the products, I found these bras to be extremely uncomfortable, ill-fitting and unflattering. I tried 2 different cup sizes in the balconette, but the cups are really tight at the top, causing my boobs to spill over the top and look bumpy and like I have a quad boob. (For reference, I'm normally a 34B, so my boobs are not huge.) The photos on their website look sleek, but are not realistic or representative of the actual product. I kept one bra because I figured it's not worth returning the item since they didn't even refund me for the previous item I returned. I never wear it.

I bought the three pack about a year ago. I was initially disappointed because these bras are very thin and not supportive. I don’t have a particularly full bust but would regularly feel unsupported when doing normal activity like walking upstairs. They also do not look good under clothes unless you are comfortable with full visibility of your nipples.
I bought them in the US but live in the UK so could not return. I have worn them intermittently over the last year and now two out of the three have had the underwire come out completely. Very disappointing, do not buy!
