I love this bra (scoop). It has great lift, very nice fabric (modal) and fits well. Comfortable for all day wear. Sadly, I have not run into customer service so bad as this. They either don't answer p... See more

Never again
As it was on sale I decided to try the plunge model. Very disappointed. The band is too tight and the cup is far from true to size, it’s at least a cup size smaller than it should be and I’m spilling out of it. And the return policy? Yeah, I can either have an e-gift card or pay an additional $10 and change to send it back, so all the postage adds up to the price of the bra! Easier - and cheaper - to just shove it in the bottom of a drawer. Never buying from them again. So many better options out there.
orders not timely, quality subpar
Since they were bought by a larger company, the quality isn’t what it used to be. Super disappointing. That aside, my last two orders have taken over a month to arrive. On my most recent one, it isn’t even here yet. They sent a shipment notification 3 days after my order which I think is standard. But they didn’t actually take it to USPS for 12 days AFTER that. It is just sitting with USPS going from center to center. The same thing happened on the order before, they actually told me it was just lost. It showed up weeks later. So frustrating that they take forever to get orders out.
Gone downhill since they were bought out
I have bought underwear from this company since 2021, and prefer it to any other brand. However, I needed to get a few more pairs recently, and did not know they were bought out by a giant corporation called “FullBeautyBrands”. Where customer service used to be quick and personal, it now takes forever and appears to be run by AI. Where shipping used to be fast and items were packed in a sturdy recyclable cardboard, and all orders included a free laundry bag, there is now none of that. I was shocked when my package arrived - that I never got a tracking number for - in a trash bag-looking package, with individually wrapped unnecessary cheap plastic, and the sender address didn’t even say Cuup anywhere. Not to mention I ordered a pair that was in low stock and was sent separate, but what I received was 4 sizes different than what I ordered. So it clearly was not in stock, and they still proceeded to charge me for it and send the wrong size. Now I’ve had to pester their “customer service” email for the last month and still have not been refunded for it, even though they made *me* send it back despite it being their mistake. The last gripe I have is that the stitching is not the same quality either. Seams are more noticeable and larger, which indicates probably rushed and underpaid labor. Cuup has absolutely sold out and I won’t be buying from, nor recommending them again. Disappointing because a few years ago it was running like a great company and was transparent in regards to labor ethics and sustainability. Now, none of that nor the customer experience matters, only the profit.
I wish they didn't sell out
I wish they didn't sell out. They were a terrific company before FullBeautyBrands acquired them. I loved shopping at CUUP and bought several bras. I love them to this day. Since they were acquired I've attempted several more purchases, all of which have been cancelled days later due to 'lack of stock'. Makes me sad, I truly love the bras but can't buy them!
never got my bathing suit
never got my bathing suit - ordered and paid in Jan…. they’ve sent a few emails with revised dates that have all come and gone, no bathing suit
Tried 5 bras and never found a fit
Tried 2 different sizes of 2 bras each plus one other. The balconette bra is strangely sized (very small cups) and the material is uncomfortable. I tried my usual bra size (using their sizer) which was slightly too small around and very small in the cup. I tried the larger chest size (also get a slightly larger cup) and the cups fit well but they were too wide and gapped. So, they were either too small or too big. Perhaps they are best for larger cup sizes with narrow chests. I found the material quite uncomfortable as well. I returned 5 bras (in 2 different returns) and am out $22 as a result. However, I did find customer service to be helpful and the return process seems to be working okay. I will have a better idea when I check my next CC statement.
Worst customer experience
Worst customer experience. They make you call them for verification and finally cancel your order.
Love their products but too much humiliation and actions to order bras.
Nightmare service
Update* So, Cuup Inc mailed me a letter 11/8 that was a bill for the amount of the order that was never delivered. This is after I completed their bizarre affadavit that had to be snail mailed.
So, believe the negative reviews. For starters, they are one of the only remaining companies that do not offer free returns unless you receive a store credit. I like their bras, but their service is a nightmare. 1 order did not show up but showed delivered...they sent me an affidavit to complete which is fine with me. (if it is over $200 you need to file a police report too lol) But the only way to get it back is to snail mail this form.
I purchased 2-3 bras
I purchased 2-3 bras. All were too small or uncomfortable. When I bought them there was a return time listed, when I went to return them it stated it was late by 20 days shorter than it had stated. I paid out of pocket to send them back. I’ve tried disputing it with my card company and it’s been denied twice by CUUP. I am still paying around 130$ for clothes I physically do not have.
The band band was not comfortable
The band was not comfortable, digging in and making a lot of fat rolls. Wore for half a day and they said I couldn't return it. Not I'm stuck with an 80$ bra
If you have a small rib cage and big…
If you have a small rib cage and big boobs this brand wont work for you. Instead of making larger cups extending outwards, they widen the cups resulting in the wiring going into your armpit and smushing your chest weirdly and uncomfortably. I have tried a few styles and can't wear them, and have had a hard time returning them so just stuck with expensive crappy bras.
Update
UPDATE
After much tearing of hair and gnashing of teeth, I have had a response from this company finally agreeing to an exchange. This result has taken a lot of work. Additionally it has been accompanied by a range of emotions that one doesn’t expect from a simple straightforward business transaction. Nevertheless, I am cautiously optimistic and will, again, update with final results.
DONT DO IT!
I usually read reviews before trying a new company. Alas, I failed to do so and now I have $80 worth of regret. The customer support experience has been a nightmare. I cannot understand what is wrong with these people. I ordered the size that was recommended to me by the shopcuup people, and upon receiving it, discovered that it was tiny. There was no way it was going to fit me, and if I had attempted to try the thing on, I probably would’ve damaged it.
I requested an exchange. They asked me to send them photos of the bra to show that it was undamaged. Of course, it had only been out of the box for a few minutes, never even tried on. I sent a number of photos. When they responded, they announced that the bra was stained and they would not exchange it. I asked them to be specific about the stain. They sent back one of my photos with a circle around a shadow.
(I have tried to include this photo but the app won’t let me).
I could go on and on but suffice it to say, these people are sneaky and dishonest. After reading other reviews, I cannot understand how they stay in business.
I will continue to pursue this matter. I will update my review if and when something changes.
Sizing WAY off, can’t exchange unworn w/ tags still attached
Sizing WAY off! Beware- Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority, just their bottom line.
I normally wear a 34D, across most brands. When I received that size in the Cuup balconette bras, the bras were so small that I couldn’t even get them onto my body. Upon comparing it to the band of my ThirdLove and Negative bras I found Cuup to be more than 1.5” shorter around. The D cups on the Cuup brand cover the bottom half of my breasts- not even coming more than halfway past my nipples. (My daughter wears a 32C and they were even small on her!)
Because I bought them on sale on Black Friday, I cannot exchange them - even though they are unworn, the tags are still attached and they still carry the size and color.
Very disappointed in both the product and the company’s return policy.
Terrible
Terrible. They have a no return/exchange policy for panties. I ordered panties size small which are my usual size with all brands. The panties were tiny so I wanted a return or exchange. I didn’t even try them on because out from the package they looked like a size xxs.
I am shocked at how dismissive they were about finding a solution. I gave them a chance to fix the problem a few times, and they clarified that there is no solution. What kind of policy is that? Terrible!!! $45 out of the window!
Finally
Finally, a bra in my size. If I had one nitpick, it would be that they could offer more styles with more coverage. Pretty nice bra so far.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I bought two bras from Cuup earlier this year, and was happy. I wore the bras for quite a few months and felt supported. However, I work at a busy Starbucks, where a lot of movement is required when making drinks. I didn’t get back to work until this month, when I discovered that the Scoop bra was defective. I came home after a particularly busy day and my back was killing me. I looked in the mirror and discovered lots of little cuts under my bra strap. I thought it was weird, but didn’t immediately blame the bra. I wound up having to wear a bralet for a week and cover the wound with gauze to avoid irritation.
Once the abrasion was healed I thought it was safe to go back to wearing normal bras again. I was wrong. I wore the Scoop to work again, and got another abrasion in the same place and again couldn’t wear my bra. At that point I concluded that it was my bra. I examined it and couldn’t find anything sticking out, but it had harsh edges, and the abrasions only occurred when I wore the bra.
So I reached out to Cuup for a replacement bra. They informed me that I was out of the 60 day warranty window, but they’d be happy to give me a 25% discount code. So not only am I out a very expensive bra, they want me to give them more money to get a replacement.
I am shocked at how dismissive they were about the issue. I gave them a chance to fix the problem one more time, and they clarified that I was out of the warranty window. So their product was physically injuring me, but they refused to stand behind their product. As far as they were concerned it was my problem because my back didn’t get cut within two months of owning their piece of garbage bra.
So now I’m out a very expensive bra and I have to find a new company to shop with. Cuup is not worth the trouble and pain they cause. Do not buy from them.
Nightmare company
Nightmare company. They only communicate via email, which takes them days to respond to. My first order was lost and finally showed up almost 3 weeks later. Fit was wrong, so had to reorder. Sent both orders back in one box to save the company money on *free* return shipping. They credited one of the orders but somehow missed the 4 items from the first order that were in the return box with the corresponding paperwork. Been fighting with them ever since to get a full refund. They owe me $291, which is a lot of cash. Save yourself the hassle and shop with a reputable company that has a 800 customer support number.
