This is fraud!!!!!
I strongly advise against using this company’s services. The package I ordered was never delivered, and despite multiple complaints, I did not receive any real solution or refund. As a result of this situation, I have suffered financial losses exceeding €2000.
The whole situation appears to be deliberate and likely a scam. The alleged courier company “Megatron,” which turned out to most likely not exist at all, kept inventing additional delivery fees in order to extract more money.
The company’s lack of responsibility, lack of support, and the way customers are treated are completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate full refund and a clear explanation of the situation. Otherwise, the case will be reported to the relevant authorities.
I have already reported the matter to the police, my bank, and the relevant inspection authorities in the United Kingdom. I also believe that similar cases should be referred to the consumer affairs department in London to prevent further customers from being misled.
