Buyer be ware. Do not buy from. Even 1 star is too much for this. Ordered in October. Tracking number product sat and sat and sat in the same location. Emails went unanswered. Finally package started moving. Then it was delivered and a pic sent for proof of delivery, only thing is the picture was not my porch and the packages were too big to be mine. Can't get a response.

Same happened to me I order on January 30 it will arrive in2 weeks nothing came ,I checked the tracking nr says delivered on Feb 18 but was no package i send email to customer service person said oh sometimes the post office doesn't scan bla bla going back and forth with email they threading me you can get only 20% refund the other email was 25 % refund if you accept or not at all .I need proof the customer service you didn't received the item I said wtf are you talking I didn't received anything I work hard to loose my money because of you fake website stiller from fake websites. People don't buy from Soppeny.Big Scam.

BIG SCAM. The worst experience ever. It says order delivered but nothing has arrived.Not a proper answer when emailed. Waste of time and money.😡

Big Scammer, The tracking number says delivered but nothing is delivered in my home. I have been waiting at home for last 2 days and nothing is delivered to me. I emailed the so called customer service and all I am getting is auto reply. I should have goggled these scammers before ordering from them. I am so upset.

Placed an order in December. Yesterday, 1/22/25, my order was supposedly delivered, but there are no boxes at my door. I checked the camera, no one attempted delivery.

I emailed the company yesterday, no response.

Absolutely Chines SCAM.
Never received order. tracking information said delivered but did received anything. Also even didn't mention which courier has delivered the product.

This company is a SCAM. Do not order from them. I placed an order and the tracking says delivered but I have not received anything. When I emailed them they said to go to post office and make a loss claim, then send it to us for refund. First of all they didn’t provide any shipping information. Second of all the shipper has to file not the recipient. Then they keep repeating themselves trying to string me along. So no products and no refunds. I disputed the charges on my credit card to get my money back that way. Total SCAM.

Not a legitimate company. Sent totally unrelated product then asked me to return it bearing postage to China or accept partial refund. As order was less than £20 I went for latter.
I have now received threat of legal action for non payment almost a year later.
Luckily I have emails saved. So good luck with that

Ordered makeup brushes back in May 2020. It is now July and nothing. Send several emails and got same generic response about it taking 12 to 24 business days. Asked for refund and got no response. Do not order from them.

Don't buy from them. I ordered 4 pack disney masks but they sent fairy elsa instead of mickey. I didnt want 4 pack of marvel or fairy or princess. And I had paid for faster shipping and delayed with no tracking. They wouldn't do anything and said should of just ordered mickey if wanted that.

Ordered a PHONE CASE a month ago, even paid express shipping (ordered it May 29th) and it still hasn’t came. I continuously email them everyday, they don’t seem to have a number or else I would call them everyday too. They respond to my emails with “it takes up to 24 days with extra delay due to covid” do not order or you will never recieve your package! I will try writing another review next month
