I didn,t know you have to be a member to order their shirts. You get a free trail when you order the first time, but I didn't realize that, till they wrote that 2 shirts are not available.
I wrote an e-mail to this company to cancel my membership and called. Erich was answering, was super nice and understanding. He said he will take care of the situation.
The next day he promptly wrote an e-mail that he canceled my membership, returned the money for the 2 shirts which were not available (which I had back in my account the next day) and sent the 2 shirts which were available to me

This company is awesome and very trustworthy.
I am sad I have to be a member to order their shirts, because I love them very much.
But I don't need a new shirt every month .

From my first email, they were prompt in their response. Listened to my frustrations, and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. They made sure I was taken care of, you don't find that much anymore.

Quality products backed up by 1st class customer service! I had a sizing issue and brought it to their attention and they gave me my choice of several options to resolve it! Would buy again from Free Sprited without hesitation!!

I received my order in a timely manner. It was well packaged. I was excited to see the shirts, and they did not disappoint me. They were true to size also.

I purchased two t-shirts. They are soft. They fit well. The color is true to the pictures on the website. I received them just a few days ago. I already had two people compliment me. I love these shirts. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered 3 shirts. The x-large were really big (too big for me). The large I ordered looked and fit like a Child's Large. Huge difference in the sizing. Sorry it didn't work out for me!

First time ordering from this business and I was a little skeptical, so when I didn't feel my order was arriving on schedule, I emailed them. To my surprise, I received an answer back within the hour. Angie apologized and explained that they were low on stock and gave me options to remedy the issue. I am happy with the outcome, the only thing that might have helped, to let me know about the delay before I emailed.
