Terrible
Terrible, I ordered a large quantity of handles for a new kitchen. They haven’t arrived in the time they said on the website. I’ve tracked them and they haven’t even been shipped yet’! Can’t cancel or get a refund. No one is responding to my emails. Will be contacting my bank to report fraud due to the amount I have spent.
You have replied asking for my order number. But you have not said where I need to send that too? Please can you respond on this!

Delivery took over a month
Delivery of 5 x small cupboard handles took over a month rather than the 6-8 working days quoted. Customer service literally non-existent with my email requests for updates going ignored. The handles are good quality but I would not use again...

After reading the reviews for this company I was expecting a terrible experience with my order.
However, the handles for my kitchen cupboards arrived within 6 working days. Super quality and well packaged.
My kitchen cabinets look so much better with the new handles.
Overall I have no complaints about efficiency of order or quality of product.
