Ship date was 3/5 days and it took over a month. Left several messages with no return calls. You have a problem in your company, still have not received the product!!

It was a simple problem the large battery there was a plastic strip that was on the bottom I guess it was to keep the battery from becoming active while in transit smarter brains than I missed it we found it removed it now it works fine. I will return it to a five-star rating instead of the lovely one star I gave it. Well I apologize well it didn't say anything in the paperwork about removing the strip and they need to have better instructions anyway it looked like something they would put out it ain't the company it bought it from it's the company made to lift I mean I'm not a third grader well hey I'll take it back I'm not a kindergartener give me some real instructions with some decent graphics. Anyway we got her together it's working fine. Oh it's a magnificent Beast.

First time to use shop home med and was very impressed with them. Buying from them was a very easy process. Fast shipping was a plus. Highly recommend them.

I ordered two boxes of the We Care Nitrile Gloves 200 Count – Size Small, Color: Shimmering Pink from Home Shop Med. I absolutely love the color, and the quality of the gloves is excellent, very durable, and comfortable to wear.

The only downside was the packaging during delivery. Both boxes arrived beat up and partially ripped. I’ll likely need to transfer them into clear storage boxes for now. In the future, especially if I order in larger bulk, I hope there’s an option for sturdier shipping using corrugated boxes.

That said, I’m still giving this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating because the gloves themselves are fantastic and the shipping was fast. I’ll definitely be ordering more soon!

My experience so far has been great with everything that has been happening

I have made a purchase of special needs stroller and it took me a little while to get my child to set and try the stroller as it turns out it was very big so I started to requests an exchange. Mind you they dont have an exchange option only option is to return it and then once you get your refund you can place new order.
In 21 emails back in forth they dont tell you how much the restocking fee will be only 25% shipping fee is mentioned
Once I returned it which was done for me as a favor. The total charge cost me $318 from $968 total.Outrageous cost to return an item you never used. I do not recommend this website specifically for parents with special needs children.
