Works but is clunky
Pro - after a couple of false starts, I got the loan I wanted. So, I got there.
Cons - once the loan is approved, you're taken back to the Humm webpage, not the store you were shopping with. Do I return to the store page, stay here and buy through this page, or is there a link back? None of this was clear.
The service works, but needs a lot of work to be called seamless.

Avoid - Can't get hold of them and mess up your orders
Can't get hold of them, the money hasn't gone to the retailer, i'm stuck in limbo paid the first payment and no order has gone through. AVOID.
I am excellent credit took a while to approve, then didn't pay the retailer. I'm left in a mess and all I get is no call handlers available and the phone line cuts off.

Using Humm is very straightforward the application process is simple, and the approval decision comes through quickly, which is really convenient. However, the interest and fees feel quite high for the amount borrowed, so it ends up costing more than expected. It works well for fast access to credit, but the overall cost is something to keep in mind.

Beware of negative impact on my credit score for no reason
I am in the top 5% of the UK salary percentile. Neither my rent nor my living costs exceed my income. I have been residing at the same address for more than 5 years. I applied for £1,279 of finance with a £54 monthly instalment, and it was refused. If not me, who would you provide financing to? Why has this caused a negative impact on my credit score for no reason?

I am on humm for a ADHD and Autism…
I am on humm for a ADHD and Autism assessment. Even though I have a disability, they are not accepting that I have a decent amount of money yet unable to work and good credit score plus make mistakes. Due to a mistake on a form, I now have to wait 90 days which is unrealistic and unnecessary and unfair. As I believed I was capable for this I cancelled me NHS Autism assessment. If I can’t pay. Is this fair to me?

The best part for me is the flexibility the fact that you get a limit but have 90 days to spend it is a total game changer. It makes managing a purchase so much more convenient I’m definitely planning on using Humm again as soon as I finish this current plan Highly recommended!
A quick tip before you post:
Since you mentioned "Hunn" in your notes, just make sure to double-check the spelling as Humm when you head over to Trustpilot so other users can find the right company!
