I was guided to a website with a hidden subscription to shopkidstyles. If I would have read the terms and conditions of shopkidstyles, i would not have subscribed but I wasn't aware of the subscription at all. After several contacts with the helpdesk, Ann helped me nicely to quit the subscription. Thank you Ann.

This is a scam!! I got taken in with an offer for a decathlon discount, entered my details thinking I was buying from decathlon. I then received ‘confirmation’ of membership to shopkidstyles. I should have canceled my card there and then but I emailed them to cancel my membership. 48 hours later they took an additional €48 from my account. Their customer services insists that this account ‘top up’ can’t be refunded according to their T&Cs. Having threatened to leave a review here and take legal action they cancelled my account and offered a 50% refund. I refused, and demanded 100% which they have so far refused. Yeah, stupid me for getting caught by a too good to be true offer but it looked legit! Stay away … theft is their business model.

I just want my refund I have been waiting for weeks now

I was surprised i was charge for membership fee. I immediately cancelled the membership and i one day, it was cancel. Now, Ms Ann is in touch and helping to resolve the issue of the fee that was deducted from my credit card. I hoping for refund.
