Was told I would get a full refund if I left a good review first, dis that and got back less than £2, absolutely disgusting telling me to leave a good review and I'd get my money back, that's not good service it's.disgraceful

Shopping site
To start i didn't use the shopping page my daughter was on my phone trying to get something from shein and she clicked on some link not knowing it was a different link. As soon as I saw that money had come out of my account i got straight on to the team but couldn't get a refund and had to buy items we didn't need as a single parent i didn't need money to be taken out. The team was helpful.
