Scam website. Do not use them

Ordered items. Still not delivered weeks later. Their website has a phone number that is not theirs. You go through to another company when you call it who don't know who shoplet are. They don't reply to emails but they will send you tons of advertising emails.

Save your time effort and money.

Definitely a scam website. Have contacted my bank to get a refund.

Shoplet made their best to deliver

There was a small mistake in processing my order so it took a little longer than usual to receive it. But Shoplet took care of me. A senior manager from the US headquarters called me to understand what had gone wrong. And then the items were with me within 48hrs. Shoplet definitely made their best to deliver. Thank you!

Avoid at all costs - I would give zero stars if that was an option.

I'm a buyer of stationery for a medium sized company and i thougt I'd try out a new website I came across. So I placed an order online with shoplet - its was showing as in stock and everything was looking nice and simple.

I was sent an order confirmation email straight away saying everythig would be with me soon however another 10 minutes later i received a back order email - saying the goods are not in stock.

Now if it was an unusual product I could possioble understand however it was the basic copier paper they were offering all over their homepage - how can they not have the most popular copier paper in stock? What sort of office supplies company doesn't even stock the most standard essential product there is?

What was also annoying was that the price was more than they advertised on the home page (it was £12.95 not £9.95) unless I spent £100 in total... well I'm very glad I didn't as I have yet to recieve any delivery and its been 5 days now.

So i emailed the customer service team who said that they are investigating... after another 24 hours with no paper they emailed me to say that they had a technical issue on their website and that may payment hadn't been taken... Now I'm worried about whether the website is secure or not... So I checked my back account and they had taken the payment despite saying that they had not - the thieves!

They did then refund my money but I don't understand - they took the money so where are my goods? Who knows is the answer so they then refunded me my money!!!

This all feels a little unusual to me and I would avoid at all costs. i tried looking for other reviews and couild only find them for an American company - but this is a british one so I don't know if its real.... All I know is that they have may card and address details and I don't trust them.

Avoid at all costs.
