Complete Scam, never received the item I had purchased. Tracking numbers didn't work.

SCAM and MISREPRESENTATION OF ITEMS!
I ordered a Halloween Projector with 85" screen promotion, and after only recieving the screen I contacted the company to clarify and/or rectify the issue. Jason Kwon (rep who responded to my issue), stated that I selected the sheet only and not the projector. A plastic sheet for $40?! Ha! Nice try!
This is absolute BS. EVERYTHING on my order says "Halloween Projector - 85" screen". They can play a trick with words all they want.
Anyone who read the item as they discribed and were sent a plastic table cloth, should dispute it to the full extent possible. I am working with my credit card to get the transaction refunded due to huge misrepresentation of the item.
I hope this company goes tits up for scamming people.
Also note that they do not let any reviews on their site less than 5-stars. If I could I would give them a -5 star rating.

I ordered 2 projectors from shoplium and received 2 plastic sheets worth 50 cents. I paid $49.00 for these items, what a scam talk too Jason kwok and he told me no returns. Beware of petpal, shoplium and Jason kwok.

Same issue as other customers. Scam website. Sent a plastic table cloth for $45!
Told them to cancel my order and they wouldn’t. Also won’t respond to return my item. Lodged a PayPal concern.

ZERO STARS. I fell for the projector and screen scam. Basically in good faith I paid £40:00 for two absolute rubbish plastic sheets and a couple of sticky labels to hold them up with. Pure Scum! .......

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Nice scam they're running. Sent me a $2 table cover instead of a Halloween projector. Very deceitful on the wording.

I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order. I too received two sheets of plastic. Customer service (Jason Keon) replied that I ordered the screens not the projectors even though it clearly said that is what I ordered. NO ONE would buy two sheets of plastic that is of lower quality than a plastic party tablecloth!!

SCAM. As other reviewers said ordered Halloween projector and received plastic sheet. And refused returns. Should be investigated by the FTC and definitely should be prohibited from Pinterest and Instagram ads. Who’s holding them accountable?

Weeks after placing an order, it shows the product shipped. Then it showed delivered,however, the product never arrived and according to my security cameras, it was never actually delivered. The DHL tracking number gets you nowhere and neither company will get back with you.

Contacted this low class company three times to resolve this issue. They will not answer. The only thing I received for my money was two sheets of plastic. No projector that I was misled into thinking I would receive. Do research before you waste your money and get nothing but plastic sheets. Check complaints against shoplium first!

I agree with the other reviewers. The product ads are deceiving and they are unwilling to honor refunds against their own Refund Policy.

Never received the projector I ordered instead they sent a piece of plastic sheeting!
They Don’t respond to customer support messages. Don’t trust this site!

Shoplium Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

They charged me 60$ ish and I never received anything never got a confirmation and the number I have on my bank statement doesn’t work. It was that damn projector. I’m so upset

If I could rate it zero I would. The business is a scam. I was sent a plastic table cloth instead of the product I ordered. And they will not allow me to return the product or get a refund.

Scammers. Do not buy Halloween projector. Sent two sheets instead of product advertised. Emailed to cancel order and no one responds to you.

Advertising Halloween projector but what you'll actually recieve is a plastic sheet with no paperwork.

Shoplium is a company that advertises heavily on Pinterest. I ordered two Haunted Halloween Projectors from an impressive video using PayPal at a cost of £48 after some weeks I received two folded plastic sheets with no paperwork which didn’t make sense so I assumed these were an add on as they are worth no more than £2. When the projectors didn’t arrive I contacted the company. They said they had been delivered. After a few emails they claimed that I had only ordered two screens not projectors so I went back to look at the website. In small letters at the very bottom it reads Style: 85inch projector screen (Halloween Promotion). This is clearly set to trick you into ordering something of small value at high cost. Please don’t get cheated by this unscrupulous company like I have been
