Scammers don’t not put your money

I wasn't sure what to expect ordering this costume online, but it's great. The material feels both durable and comfortable, and the colors are just as vibrant as they are in the pictures.

I ordered this for a family event and it was the best decision. The costume is lightweight and easy to move in, and it created so many wonderful memories for the kids.

The quality is amazing, and the details are even better in person. I found this costume very comfortable to wear for a few events, and it's holding up perfectly and still looks brand new.

Messaged seller for a month about item not being as pictured or described. Mascot suit did not contain realistic eyes or mouth. Teeth were made of foam piece. Seller messaged for weeks asking to give partial refund with no return slip! Shipping is over 100 dollars. I wish i could post a picture to show how terrible the quality was. Do not buy from this company if you do not want to be taken for a joke. Would not recommend to anyone ever!

The mascots were exactly as pictured. Everything was included even shoes.

I got one item in two weeks and the second one in nine days.

I found this costume is nicely made with bright colors. The fur does shed a bit though, which is a pain to clean.

I'm reasonably pleased with this mascot costume. It's well-made and the price is a steal. The colors are different from the pictures online.

Just got my mascot costume. Shipping was fast, which is nice! I'm mostly happy with it, but the sizing is much bigger than I was expecting.

Bought this animal mascot costume, and it's pretty good. The price was unbeatable, which is a big plus, but the material is a bit thinner than I thought it would be.

I ordered the XXXL (187-191cm/75-77inches) Easter Bunny costume. When I received it was way too small. MY husband who is 5'10" could hardly fit into it. I tried to return it but they just kept trying to give me a discount. They said they sent be the correct size etc. I even sent a picture showing my husband in the bunny suit. But to no avail - no resolution because I wanted to return it and they wouldn't let me. Said it fit someone - what a joke. I also order the costume bag and cooling system. Only a small teen would be able to wear it. And PayPal was no help.

Never seen such poor a quality costume and in no way reflective of what is on the site. DO NOT BUY.... They also do not accept returns.

I should have read these reviews before purchasing from this RIP OFF company. Please, please , please, please other people do not order from them. You will not be happy with your purchase. I have contacted them and they are not helpful at all. A company with that many 1 reviews should not be allowed to operate. This has taught me a very valuable lesson to read reviews before purchasing online from a bad company

This place is a fake website, truly. I needed to purchase a costume for a project, and they had a great monkey. Before ordering I told them the date I needed it before 1 October and they promised many times (several times) no problem / not to worry / no stress etc. The item is not arrived until today.and they will not return my money.I promise don’t order anything from this website

I'd give them no stars if I could. Currently down £400, the item they sent is not the item in the pictures. Tried contacting them and they refuse to refund postage and return postage cost which will be over £200 by the time we've returned it. If you're thinking of giving them a try, at least pay through PayPal so that you've got some protection. I've just raised a dispute with them and they've been brilliant.

FALSE ADVERTISING -STOLEN PHOTOS. Some of the mascot photos are STOLEN PHOTOS of my work. You will NOT receive the item pictured. Custom made items with custom made pieces.

This place is a joke, truly. I needed to purchase a bear costume for a project, and they had a great bear, so it seemed. Before ordering I told them the date I needed it and they promised (several times) no problem / not to worry / no stress etc. The item arrived 2days late, making it unuseable, but it didnt really matter as the costume I received was a complete joke. NOTHING like the costume on their site at all. Their response? "We tried our best to make it for you", meaning they are trying to clone someone elses product. IN asking for a full reimb/return, they said they could if I paid the shipping back! Mind you it shipped from CHINA vs the US where they said it was "in stock" and able to ship from the US.

EVERY step of this process was completely miserable, and they are noting but liars selling knockoff crap that isnt even a shadow of the product they are claiming to sell.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Oh - if shopping around, Shop Mascot is exactly the same company as MascotPro, where the exact thing happened, ultimately with the same customer "support" person.
