My order never arrived, poor customer service

My order never arrived, and they have stopped answering emails. Initially they told me they were moving things around on their website/their warehouse and then that my order would be sent out within a week. I place the order at the beginning of October, it’s now February. Don’t waste your time here

Scam company

Scam company. I ordered cabinet knobs but they never arrived. I emailed them after 2 months and they said they would refund me but the refund never came. When I reached out again they said “ our previous payment processor is holding all refund payments.” so I should contact my bank to refund it but by this point it’s been too long to refund with the bank.

Long story short, if you order from here, you will be scammed so take this as your warning and don’t let the pretty product photos fool you because you won’t receive them anyways.

Scam company

Wow, I just got scammed €383 by this website.
Ordered on the 10th December, have followed up with them since the 22nd December asking for shipping updates, then for a refund, but have had zero communication back from them.

Do NOT order from this Sh-t Show!!!!
Ordered cabinet handles on 31.12.2025 and have still not received them.
They looked superb quality and hence the reason I chose them. If only they could fulfil orders.
It seems a common theme when looking through the reviews that orders are not honored
Communication is horrendous.
I have requested my money back and have had nothing back.

These people are nothing but scammers!
Steer well clear.

Scam scammy scam

Scam scammy scam. I have been pestering the team for the lamp I ordered months ago and keep receiving messages like "we just upgraded our communications platform, which caused some interruptions" or "I’ve now flagged Order X for priority handling" (that one was 2 months ago).

They're not communicative, delayed, and I am starting to suspect that the light fixture will never arrive.

The worst online shopping experiences I’ve had

6 weeks later, no delivery, no response, no way to cancel

I placed an order with Meraki on mid December for 6 cabinet knobs. After more than a month with no update, I tried contacting them multiple times via email and Instagram.

Not a single message has been answered.

It has now been 6 weeks, and I still have no delivery, no response, and no customer support. Even worse, there is no clear option on the website to cancel the order, so I feel completely stuck.

This is genuinely one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had; ordering 6 cabinet knobs should not turn into weeks of silence with no way to resolve it.

Scam company

Ordered the product on 3rd October, they said 6 weeks, and we have been chasing them ever since.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Under the consumer credit act you can request the money back through chargeback or section 75 order. I will be doing this and recommend anyone who does not know about this to do also.
