Orders take a LONG time to arrive. I placed an order on the 29th of May and I’m yet to receive it. I’ve sent several emails including an instagram dm but no response. Seeing the overwhelming 1... See more

Total scammers, avoid
- On September 20th I ordered more than £250 worth of handles - which I was told would have a maximum 2 month lead time.
- Despite multiple times chasing and multiple assurances over email that my order was next in line or coming shortly, by early December it became clear that they had no intention or timing for when my handles would be delivered.
- When I cancelled & asked for a full refund, I was told it could take up to 30 days - contrary to the UK statutory rights which say it must be within 14
- Of course I'm still waiting for my refund & will be reporting to Trading Standards. What an awful company.
Just another victim of this awful…
Just another victim of this awful company. I paid £90 for some handles back in October and despite several chasing emails, there is no sign of them. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and I would encourage others to do likewise. If you bought on credit card (as I did), don't forget you can make a Section 75 claim to try to recoup your money. Good luck everyone and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
We ordered some coat hooks in August
We ordered some coat hooks in August. They arrived in November, but with the incorrect installation hardware. As a consequence, we can’t use them. I asked the customer service team to send the correct installation hardware, but other than a couple of holding emails over the course of six weeks, the company has provided no indication of when I might get a response let alone a solution. I’m embarrassed to say that I think I’ve been caught out by a scam website. Please think carefully before using this company. My order was low value, but I know that’s not the case for everybody.
Absolutely unacceptable experience
I returned goods to Meraki and, despite confirming the return and communicating back and forth via email, they failed to refund the money. The process dragged on for months with nothing but excuses, delays, and empty reassurances. Plenty of emails, plenty of promises - zero refund.
This isn’t a small inconvenience; it’s a complete breakdown of basic customer service and trust. If a company can’t handle a straightforward return properly, that’s a serious red flag.
I strongly advise anyone considering a larger or high-value purchase to think twice. If you need to return something, you may find yourself chasing your own money for months or not getting it back at all.
Avoid unless you’re happy taking that risk.
AVOID AND IGNORE ALL PR
When products still hadn't been dispatched 6 weeks after ordering, we requested a cancellation and refund.
8 weeks later, still waiting - escalated via all channels and get a reply to emails 2 weeks after sending.
Scam
Scam. I’ve received some items but not all. Weeks of back and forth and now i have a half the hardware i need and no sign of when the other half will show up. I’ll likely have to remove all the hardware i purchased and received because i know have four doors and drawers with no hardware. Tiring, shitty service. Gaslighting bullshit and no end in sight

When sending an enquiry they are very responsive and once i follow up orders from my purchase on October 2025 they only reply me once a week and not very helpful response. then only then i saw this Trustpilot. TOTALLY SCAM!!!!!! affected one of our project
SCAM and zero customer service
SCAM! I wish i had seen reviews before ordering. After 16 days no sign of dispatch and zero customer service
This is a scam!
This is a scam - the website shopmeraki . co (can't actually enter the real website link due to TrustPilot T&Cs) looks legitimate. However when you order, you will be given a delivery estimate. This date will be missed, as the product had some production delays. After months of back and forth, no sign of either the product being delivered or the money refunded.
Do not order from this company
FRAUD company/SCAM website
FRAUD company/SCAM website. Ordered door handles for 2850USD. Half a year of promises - "the production is busy" followed by not answering my mails and messages. They don't return money either
BEWARE SCAM !
BEWARE SCAM ! I have ordered some kitchen handles last year for more than £400, never been delivered, sent a multiple emails asking for the delivery. One year after, no handles, no refund and always the same pre-made excuse (production/technical/apologies). I am still surprised this website is still allowed to trade despite of all the complaints.
That’s an absolute scam
That’s an absolute scam! Placed my order on October 15th and since that moment it’s supposed to be under production. They don’t answer emails and limited their comments on Instagram. This business should be shutted down!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I posted previously regarding a horrible experience with this company. Encouraging others to include relevant info they find on company address, phone numbers, contact info, directors, etc. They are clearly stealing money without any intention of supplying the advertised goods.
