FINAL SALE WARNING

FINAL SALE - WARNING! They are not following the law by having FINAL SALE clearly written on their product page. They call it "FLASH SALE". But a flash sale is NOT final sale. You have to click 1-2 more thing to read in their policy that "flash sale" means "final sale". However, this is deceptive advertisement that goes against laws. As a retailer you MUST indicate final sale on the product page. Even at check-out, the item did not indicate final sale. Again, deceptive tactics. I asked for a refund with pictures attached that there is NOTHING on the product page itself that says final sale and they kept wanting to give me lousy store credit (like 10-30% of the purchase price). I did like the clothing I purchased for other items I purchased in that lot, but due to poor business practices, I will not be supporting this brand. Quality is not that great FYI - just a little "above" shein.

Beware scammers, thieves and liars …

I ordered 4 items from Micas and I used AfterPay and had to make 4 payments. Items took a little longer than expected to come. The delivery company delivered my package to my building lobby floor and not to me.Items were stolen. I reached out to Micas and told them I didn’t receive my package. Luckily I had Seel insurance and I was given a refund. My problem is I reached out to AfterPay and put in a dispute because Micas still wants to be paid for items I didn’t receive. I had 4 items 1 item wasn’t available they refunded me for the 1 item. They told AfterPay they gave me a partial refund. Yes you did because the item was out of stock, but what I do not understand is why do you want me to pay for something that I did not receive. I have already made 2 payments but you adjusted it and you want me to pay one more payment. So again I’m paying for something that I didn’t receive. You should be asking a delivery company for the money back. I received my refund from insurance company but Micas still wants to be paid. Please be aware of this company. Ripoff!!!!!! Thieves in my opinion be careful.

I just got off the phone with After-Pay. They explained to me how the process works. I buy something through AfterPay they pay the company up front and then I owe AfterPay. And pay them back in 4 payments.In this case you should be refunding AfterPay because I didn’t receive my items. It’s unbelievable that you think that I should be out of money. Why not go after the delivery company that did not deliver my items. Hold them responsible. NOT ME!!!! But what do you care you received your money up front already. Shame on you for taking advantage of hard working people. Your company should be band from selling in the United States.

Don’t buy from MICAS !!

Extremely disappointing experience with this brand from start to finish. My order was significantly delayed and arrived weeks later than expected. I ordered the items ( Feb. 11, 2026) hoping to receive them before my birthday, but the package only arrived long after that.( March 2, 2026)

The quality of some items was far worse than expected for the price they put for it. One of the items (a faux leather skirt) arrived with a visible manufacturing defect — the seam on the front was uneven. On top of that, the skirt had an extremely strong chemical odor that caused irritation in my nose and throat and even breathing discomfort. I own several faux leather pieces from other brands, and none of them have ever smelled this strong or caused such a reaction. Even after airing the skirt out for days, the smell is still present.

Unfortunately, the rest of the order wasn’t much better. Most of the items were made from very cheap-feeling materials, and several of them also had an unpleasant chemical smell when unpacked. It’s honestly shocking that this brand prices their clothing similarly to reputable brands whose materials and construction quality are far superior.

The return policy is also extremely frustrating and clearly designed to benefit the company rather than the customer. When I contacted customer service about the defect and health concerns, they repeatedly pushed store credit instead of offering a proper refund.

What concerns me even more is the lack of transparency. The negative review I submitted about these issues never appeared on their website. This raises serious questions about whether negative feedback is being filtered out, because based on the quality I received, I doubt I’m the only customer with this experience.

Considering the delayed shipping, poor quality, strong chemical odors, frustrating return process, and questionable review transparency, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this brand.

Don’t do it!

All of their clothes look so cute online. I kept getting targeted by their marketing and I finally just did it and spent several hundred dollars. It’s cheap. The colors are off. They do an excellent job on their pictures and unfortunately their clothes are 1/3 the quality of the photos.

they took 2+ weeks to send somethng…

they took 2+ weeks to send somethng labeled as fast ship. It didnt come in time, so i returned the item. Company refused to refund me $54 for one cheap outfitwhich was unworn. they claimed it didnt meet their standards which is baffling because it was unworn! im pissed. they also dont have a customer service number ! Nice drape and feel

Proof of Return, No Refund - BEWARE

I would strongly advise others not to shop with this company!!! I returned an item in accordance with their return policy and have confirmed proof that they received it. Despite this, they are refusing to issue my full refund.

I followed all required steps, returned the item on time, and have documentation showing delivery. There is no justification for withholding my refund.

This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. A company’s integrity is shown in how they handle returns and customer issues — and in my experience, this has been handled very poorly.

Shop elsewhere if you want to avoid unnecessary stress and financial loss.
