They are horrible at returning and providing credit.I've returned my dresses within a timely manner with their tags and received ridiculous excuses.One response with that it smelled, I know very well.They did not smell.One review was that it was wrinkled.Of course.It's wrinkled, it's coming back in a box. I will never order from them.And I will continue to tell everyone I know not to order from them.

They, will not refund when they have sold items thats not available of if order is canceled. They will show you a refund but you will never receive it.
