I ordered a couple of items

I ordered a couple of items, when I finally received them one of them was the incorrect item, I contacted the company and we agreed to send the correct item out. Over 10 days after the item was apparently delivered... evri driver stated he had not delivered any items that day and he always takes pictures when done. I contacted minivip again and they haven't been helpful and will not offer a refund or a solution 😕 my sons very upset he has not received his items

Avoid!!!!

Order not arrived - No response from emails, no response from messages or insta message! phone dont ring as mailbox full! link to pages on site dont work, chat robot unavailable- money handed over and no communication or item received this is criminal! people work hard for their money!. Communication is non existent. unless you want to just burn money do not use!

Communication Shocking

Paid for delivery 4-7 days, still had not arrived 13 days later! No response from emails, no response from messages or insta message! No way of tracking parcel.Then parcel just turned up no despatch info or anything. Communication is shocking I would spend your money elsewhere?

This company is also fade street wear

This company is also fade street wear, if you look on trustpilot they have a terrible record,
I ordered a backpack for my sons birthday, I got no confirmation of order, no tracking, absolutely nothing.
I tried to contact them, got a message pop up, filled it out, and again nothing.
If you’re having trouble and you paid with PayPal, report a problem, they reversed it immediately with a full refund on its way.
That says to me they know about this company already.

Terrible quality of goods

Terrible quality of goods, damaged and have emailed the company three times and not had a reply. Avoid at all costs if you want products that you can actually gift. Could have done a better job myself.

Avoid

No email updates, no response to my emails or calls to them. Ordered teacher gifts which arrived after end of term. Not been able to get a refund. Had to purchase alternate gifts.

Order did not turn up and contact ignored

Really disappointed leaving this review, I ordered a school bag bundle for my wee boy going back to school in a couple of weeks. I ordered this bag over a week ago and paid for delivery within 7 days. The money was taken from my account, however I have never received a confirmation email or tracking. Needless to say, the order hadn’t turned up by the 7th day, so I emailed them and did not receive a reply. I tried to call without luck, so email again. We’re now on day 10 and they are still ignoring me, so I’ve had no choice but to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback and get my money back. It’s really a shame as I’ve ordered his bag from here the past 2 years without any problems. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would!

Ordered a personalised teacher mug which arrived broken in half with poor packaging (thin layer of cardboard cut and wrapped around and in a parcel bag). No box or bubble wrap in sight. Have emailed several times with no response and have now logged the issue with paypal. Fuming!

Absolutely disgusted with their…

Absolutely disgusted with their service. Before confirmation of order seven days after placement I phoned multiple times to check delivery date as I needed items before the 14th July. 2weeks after order was placed but no reply and voicemail box full. I then proceeded to email 11 times in total and have had no response. I have also informs Klarna and they said they will contact them. But had nothing back. Then to receive and email stating order has been processed Evan after I cancelled it. And is out for delivery. Then to get another one saying order has been delivered. In the mean time I have had to go elsewhere. I unhappy as I now have paid over double what I intended and unable to return goods as I can’t get hold of this company and they are personalised items. I would NEVER USE THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL MOST CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMEND.
