I bought a lens from Moment and the quality was disappointing. I tried to return it, and the nightmare started. The return label they gave me was wrong, so the package came back to me.
When I asked for help, they told me I had to sort out all the customs paperwork myself and cover every step on my own. In other words: make the return so hard that the customer gives up.
This is not bad service — it feels like a scam.
I’ll keep the item just to end this mess, but Moment will never get another cent from me. Avoid this company.

I just want to thank the Moment team for their huge support. I ordered the M-series lenses to start my journey as a filmmaker, only to find out that they wouldn't work on my phone (P.S. if you have any phone from around 2020 onwards, they won't work on your phone).
The team gracefully worked with me, starting by giving me credit as an apology, then guiding me through the product return steps.
Thank you again for the helpful support. In the end, I'm a customer who didn't feel left out or stranded.

Update (From 1 Star to 5 Star):
Moment's support itself with the chat guides had its issues. Long wait for responses; the chat is broken and is no longer accessible. Therefore, I highly recommend using their Reddit to resolve any issues. I was helped by a kind man named Eric. He was able to resolve my issue.
I recently participated in an Activision Playtest session and received 4 $50 Amex Giftcards. I had used those to purchase 4 $50 Moment Giftcards. I only received the confirmation emails, but never the actual Gift Card code emails. I contacted support, ensuring I did not send multiple emails, as they recommend against it. A Gear Guide helped me at the beginning due to flagged pending transactions, but the issue of not receiving the actual gift card codes was never addressed, and I was ghosted after that. $200 wasted, and the Black Friday sale is about to end. Bummer because I wanted to purchase $400+ worth of equipment, but it seems that support won't get back to me in time.
Excellent customer support. Who would have thought they would replace a 3 year old phone case. They did!! And with care, understanding and fantastic service. I received a replacement case quickly. I was offered a refund but I declined. The great Moment phone case was a higher priority to me. These folks back up their warranty.
Paid for two products, phone filter adapter and phone case on the same week. A month later the adapter arrives just fine and I get an email saying the case was returned by DHL for insufficiently supplied address information; Moment refunds me but applies a 15% deduction to this amount due to DHL charging them for returns. Both individual orders had the exact same address information supplied, every iota correct and fit for shipping. Nothing I did was incorrect there.
Moment then asks me to place the order again, and the new price adds another 20 euros to shipping compared to order #1 which brings total price up to 82 euros which is mad for a phone case in any sense, the actual lens that the case and adapter are fit for costs just a little bit more than this.
And how do you trust it will ship again? Did it right the first time, didn’t I? Another month of having to hope this ships, with even more cash in play? Very poor display.
I discovered the trade in program recently and I've been really surprised. I changing my old iPhone, with wich I was using the M-series lenses, with a new one. My experience with Moment lenses has been wonderful since the beginning and it would'n be the same without them. Of course the trade-in program covers a small amount but still..I guess is a great efferent for Moment and it should be appreciated. So thanks!
Brianne was a great help in helping me on my items being delivered on 2 delivery segments. Slow on email response time due to high volume of emails, but did managed to get back to me after 5 days.
Customer care was exemplary. Becca did a great job informing me of delivery status following a delay in shipping from the offshore manufacturer. When the product did ship, the process was fulfilled just as Becca had said it would.
Had an issue taking photos. And the feedback/support received when I reached out to Moment was to use the Moment App. Am now able to use the lens with my iPhone 14 Prom Max.
Will be able to comment more when I do use the lens to take photos on my next trip.
Great customer service. Always fast response with first class service.

About a year ago, my husband and I made the decision to retire and move to a different country. Since we were going to be doing more traveling and seeing lots on new things, I wanted to document, remember and share the life changing events that were about to unfold. After about a month of research into phone lens upgrades, and seeing positive reviews for Moment come up time and time again, I decided to give them a try.
I gave myself a budget of $300 to begin and decided to go with the M-Series to get the most for my money. But, I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I learned that this phone came out with a larger camera sensor than previous generations and might not work with the M-Series. Many people on YouTube questioned the usability as well, and posted helpful ‘pros and cons’ videos. Being a novice, I felt the issues were minor and the M-Series would be a good starting point for my new hobby.
The package I put together included the Moment Case, 18mm Wide, 58mm Tele, 10x Macro, the 1.33 Anamorphic, and some well-designed accessories to attach some 67mm lenses. “Checkout”… now wait!
After about a week, I received the lenses. The accessories were shipped separately and took an additional week, seemingly coming from a different country. The tracking info provided was very basic, stating time, arrival, and departures.
Everything, but the 18mm, arrived in pristine condition. I contacted customer service with the issue and received a response from Szabolcs the following day. I explained my issue, he asked for a couple of photos, and the issue was resolved! His response was kind, concerned, resolute, and easy! Customer service excellence!
I have installed the lenses and played around a bit and the lenses are definitely a major upgrade over the basic phone lenses. And accessories are well thought out and masterfully constructed. I am very impressed! I can’t wait for some nice weather, so I can play with the lenses more. Thank you, Moment, for an excellent experience!
