## European customer warning##
They advertise their products on a European website but charged me ~70% of the marked price in duties and delivery fees. I used apple pay and was not made aware of extra charges until after transaction had gone through. Their website had no functionality to cancel the order straightaway (i.e within 10seconds). I sent an email within one minute of the transaction which was only responded to a 5 days later. The T-series lens which cost me 188 euro including attachment and iphone cover in total is not worth it, there is light distortion and does not give much more depth when compared to standard iphone.

I had to pay 127€ for the Balance 7l pre-release and realised that the price when it was released was way cheaper than what I paid. It was a quite surprise..but after reaching out the customer service they directly send me back the difference.

Ordered the Fujifilm X100VI on August 29, 2024. 16 months later, the product was not shipped, nor was there a date when the product would be shipped. Cancelled the order, and within a day, I was able to purchase from another major photo/video vendor, and the product was shipped the same day. Since the item was ordered and paid for, Moment rarely kept in contact with the customer. The customer had to initiate contact to find the position in the queue. 16 months later, it was clear that Moment had a supply chain problem. It is not a coincidence that a major retailer and another large national Photo/Video company had the camera available to ship within a day of cancellation of the product with Moment. Moment needs to understand the supply chain issues they have and not overpromise to their customers.

There are three parts to why I am happy buying gear from Moment.
First, of course, the lenses are superb, and the new T-series really makes the most out of my Iphone 17 Pro cameras. That said after a couple of years experience with the M-series and some older Iphones.
Second it is the support material and guides, from which I have learned even more than I barhained for.
Third it is the staff, who are deeply knowledgeble about the technical aspects, and beeing enthusiasts themselves, they are well equipped to help even amateurs like me.

I ha an itintial problem checking out with the items I purchased and was unable after many attempts to complete. I was forced to complete in a different manner and not able to completed as intended, which ended up costly significantly more. After explaining the issue to Moment, it was immediately responded and handled in a very professional and satisfying manner. It truly felt like they care about the customer.

Ordered a camera filter, they were very quick to accept payment, but it is now 12 days and have yet to be informed of any delivery updates. Tried to contact company, but they don’t answer phone calls and emails only send back an automated message. Buyer beware!
