I purchased a new iPhone 16 Pro and the M-series lenses I had purchased several years ago didn't work with it. I discovered that I could return the lenses for credit. The process for initiating the return was pretty easy and I received the credit after 2 weeks. Communication with the Moment team was timely and I didn’t have to wait long for answers to my questions.

I returned a camera within the return window, like-new, and was hit with a 15% restocking fee (~$200+) because I didn’t include the original retail box/packaging. I genuinely did not see a clear warning about that fee during the return process, and I don’t normally think to go read a policy page just to return something. This felt like a “gotcha”, an horribly expensive gotcha, and left a really bad impression of Moment. I will never buy from them ever again.
