I was thoroughly pleased with the assistance of the Gear Guides Vince, Szabolcs, William, Rahul and Brionne. All of the Gear Guides have been very responsive and patient with my inquiries.
My situation was complicated because I had to coordinate the trade in of M series lenses.
I also wanted to be sure I ordered the correct products that I needed to accomplish my photography and videography goals.
My goals also changed during the process as I first wanted to buy only lenses, then added a carrying case, gear strap and a VND filter and holder.
I was especially pleased at the end of the process as I asked Vince to check my order before I finally placed my order. Vince found out that I had initially ordered the case for the regular iPhone 17 and not for the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my order.
I will continue to do research on the Moment site to learn how to use the equipment to take better and better photos and videos.
I am an experienced photographer but am new to videography.

I purchased the case and anti-glare filter for use in the field, mainly shooting fly fishing content. While the shipping times we a bit longer than expected, I am a full Moment convert! What an amzing product, it really opens the potential for shootin on iphone. The parts work together in true symphony and the glass on the lens is high quality.
I actually dropped my phone and cracked the lens. Customer service replied to my questions in less than 24 hours and have been SUPER responsive on finding a solution for the lens.
I'm very impressed with this company overall and will be loyal for years to come.

Be aware of ordering.
Products are worse quality than they seem from reviews and returns outside of US are so expensive that I think it's a scam. For example.
I paid 221,40 USD for a case and VND 2-7 stop Quicklock (including taxes and shipping), while I tried to return it because the quality isn't as expected (the VND gives brownish/yellowish picture, and it wobbles on the case, case is massive, bulky and has bad design that doesn't let you connect some SSD disk which makes this setup no sense at all). I received information, that I will be refunded about 30 USD. You can't call this any other way than a scam. Because the taxes won't be returned (understandable and clear on the website) and the shipping cost also BUT they would want me to pay for their shipping label and the price is not clarified until the end of the return process. It's a joke. If they at least had a warehouse in EU than It would be ok to buy, try and eventually return. Other thing to keep in mind. Reviews on products aren't working (403 error), also when You want to post a review the page (yotpo) doesn't work. In my opinion this is all on purpose, wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews were fake. Overall scam I am very disappointed.
According to the reply: Returns are totally not transparent. When you click Returns on the page, You don't get the address to return. Also in the Returns FAQ there is no address. But there is a link to the returns and exchange page, where You can start the process and also there is no address and when you finish the process - they inform you that you now have a label to send back the product... still with no address and a huge cost which You can't check before the end of the process. In my opinion all of this is made specifically to make it harder to return products. Also they don't clarify the full cost of the return label until the end... in which comes out that I paid 221,40 USD, but they will return 30 USD :D/ joke.

I initially purchased the Cinevista Film LUT pack, but later realized that what I actually needed was the Cinevista PowerGrade for DaVinci Resolve.
I contacted Moment support thinking it would be a complicated process, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. They immediately understood the situation, swapped the product for me, and made sure everything worked properly by sending a direct download link when I had technical issues.
This kind of customer support is honestly rare: fast, human, and genuinely caring.
Big thanks to Szabolcs and the Moment team for going above and beyond.
