Here's the thing, I don't leave reviews, ever, but in this case, I will.
The timely responses, addressing my issue, and explaining the situation. (I.e. the item I ordered was back ordered and I was awaiting a shipping label, but the Shop app said it should have already been delivered. The app must have made an assumption.) I wasn't left in the dark at all after I emailed them. Also, I don't use the word timely in a general sense, I emailed at 0026, and Rahul Rokade emailed me back at 0040. Midnight customer service is wild work. Then they continued to update me and now a shipping label has been made shortly after my first email. All in all, quality employees here

The Moment team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help resolve my concerns. They were quick to respond to my concern and they really took the time to show that they cared. They even asked me to send a video of the problem I was having. They not only analyzed my issue, but discussed it with other team members. In the end they completely resolved my concerns, and sent me the items that I needed. I cannot express enough how AMAZING their support staff is, but more importantly, how genuine their care was for me. This is an amazing company with excellent products. If I could give more than 5 stars I would keep em' comin'!

I purchased a product that had a very long (more than a year) back order delay from the manufacturer. The team at Moment was so responsive every time I reached out for a status update. Their responses were prompt, personalized, warm, and very helpful. There were no scripted or automated replies - each came from a person, which seems rare these days. I cannot recommend them enough. When my item finally shipped, there was a problem with the shipping that lead to a longer delay, and they didn’t hesitate to rectify the situation immediately. Grateful to have had this experience and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

The team at moment is incredible! I have been waiting for my Ricoh GR IV since October and they have so graciously answered every question I’ve asked about a ship date. I know it was out of their control but every time I asked they said they were constantly trying to get answers from Ricoh to give and updated idea of when they might have a camera to ship to me. They were always kind, professional, and understanding. Moment’s customer service is unrivaled.

I am planning a last minute trip, and the order I wanted to place would come from different warehouses and the items would arrive after I would leave.
