Moment support was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting an issue I was having with my SuperCage and my HDMI monitor. After trying multiple cables, batteries, power supplies, plugging and unplugging the mic and SSD, etc., nothing seemed to resolve my monitor issue. One of the engineers suggested I try the cable between the SuperCage and my phone. So I tried another cable with my phone and my monitor issue was resolved. Turns out, my original cable was fine and after further testing it was one of the angled adapters I was using with the cable that was the actual issue. Throughout the entire process, Brionne was very helpful, persistent, and most of all patient with me. A big heartfelt thank you to the engineering and support teams at Moment!

Since receiving my first Moment case back when iPhone 17 pro was released I have loved Moment - seeing the protection it provides while serving as a mount for lenses is pretty rad.
Recently my phone was stolen, I was diagnosed with CKD stage 3b, I have Chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis. My luck was down, but I reached out to the team at Moment and they understood the struggle I was going through. They were able to help me afford a replacement phone case since I am not doing well financially. I cannot express how much love and empathy this team has. From quality assurance, to a genuine connection between human to human, the extent of their kindness in a moment of darkness. Thank you so much, Rahul, and to the rest of the team at Moment for making an impact in my life. Cannot express my deep appreciation for the emails and the help as I await for a replacement phone from Apple. You guys are amazing.
