I purchased a £700 GBP lift machine…
I purchased a £700 GBP lift machine from MTN, having never ordered from them before. The review on Trustpilot instilled in me some degree of confidence, but it was the clear and concise communications from Carlota throughout that really made the difference. There was a delay with the delivery, due to international services, but this was clarified to me prior to ordering. It arrived safely and is of a high quality build. Overall very pleased with the service, Carlota is an asset to the company.

I had ordered a pair of workpants, but when they arrived they did not fit. When I phoned to return these I was talking with David and he forwarded my query to Carlota. Both David and Carlota were extremely helpful in dealing with my query. I returned the original pair and reordered 2 others.( I wouldn't normally do clothes shopping online as sizes vary so much) All through this Carlota kept in contact with me via email. Wish all customer service was like what I got from both Carlota and David.
