Long story short, I needed to return a pair of shoes that were too small. I had already purchased the size I needed, so an exchange wouldn’t have helped. Instead of having me send back the shoes for a refund, I was offered a discount code to pick something else out at no cost. While the process (back and forth emails) took long to sort it out, I’m happy with the customer service and accommodation.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size & emailed them within the hour to change the size before they shipped. They responded to me reassuring me ,that my order had been updated .

I saw the boots online and loved them! I decided to treat myself with a Christmas give so I ordered them. Even though they came from China, they arrived to Portugal relatively quickly. Unfortunately, even though I followed the directions for the sizing chart, they didn’t fit me and the material was a little tough. Costumer services were very supportive and provided me with several return options.

I can not comment on the product as I never did receive it due to an issue with the delivery. I can say however that the company was very receptive to my issue. I reached out via email and my issue was addressed promptly. I eventually requested a full refund due to not receiving the product and the company complied with this without hesitation. The refund was applied within 3 days of the request.
