First delivery of an item from Poland was a success. Found the web interface neat and easy to use. The costs were reasonable. However the fact that goods had to be trans-shipped with fedex from Poland to Germany adding several days to the delivery period was not mentioned anywhere until it was raised with customer services who were swift and helpful. Would recommend.

I have been a customer of Shopogolic for more than two years. Last January i used for the first time the shipping services from warehouse in Villajoyosa in Spain and bought shipping transport from ups. Unfortunately, after paying shipping fees and duties to UPS, i received an email from Shopogolic stating my parcel was being shipped with Top parcel ltd based in Spain. After more than 3 months my parcel is still in a facility of Top parcel ltd in Manises Spain and nobody from Shopogolic, UPS or top parcel ldt is helping understand why is parcel still on another continent. Although a customer service of UPS Canada pointed out fraud in some services bought through partner shipping platforms, I now am wondering if my parcel was either list or stolen.... I am very disappointed in a company i warmly referred to family and friends....

I was a happy customer of Shopogolic.net for a couple of years, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend their service. My parcel was lost, and despite multiple attempts to get support, I never received a clear answer on the next steps or how to claim the insurance I had paid for. Communication has been very slow and unhelpful. While the team seems genuinely kind, the service quality appears to have declined. Reading other Trustpilot reviews only reinforced my concerns. (Parcel 276888)
If this issue gets resolved, I will update my review accordingly.
Update: the shipping was found and re-sent eventually. I have successfully received the package.

The staff at Portugal are exceptional.
I have modified my review. Yes the chatbot was a little slow initially.
However, I think the team are efficient, fast and dedicated at their job. I would use them again and I plan to use them again very soon!
The payment process is very intuitive, status updates are clear and self explanatory. Like with all things you need to understand the flow, once you do, it is easy.

More than a month has passed since my parcel was delivered to the warehouse. They still can’t find the parcel and aren’t even looking for it. The support service does not respond to my messages. Ignores search requests. I do not recommend this service.

Great shipping service for shopping on international sites, whom I have used for a couple of years. Their pricing is fair and they are completely reliable. Customer service at the French warehouse in Villiers-Saint-Frédéric is very good. Highly recommended.

Be aware that these guys do not have any proper accounting, the only reliable way to pay for their services is PayPal which they have automatic connection seems like, if you pay with other means there is a very high probability that you money will never reach your account, or reach partially. Happened to me 2 times already, they stolen from me 58 eur in total.

Excellent service. I wanted to order something from Poland from a retailer that did not offer delivery directly to UK. Process was so easy. Postage was very reasonable and the item was delivered very quickly. Would 100% recommend.

In my case I had some problems that wasnt taking care as customer would like to be (I used Italian adrress). I choosed all orders to be send to me together and turns out tha one was not included, I had printscreen that it was they claimed in their systems shows it wasn't and at the end I had to pay twice for shipping instead once. Customer service needs improve.

This company's roughly 2.5 star rating is legit. Stay away. Shopogolic has been 2+ months of frustration and headaches due to poor and unprofessional customer service as summarized below:
1. Placed a buy-for-me order, waited 1 week, and nothing happened. Contacted the company to ask for an update, and only then the operator responded that they had had a problem with the vendor. Why didn't they inform me of this issue immediately?
2. I had to find a different vendor. It took them 4 days to place the order, but not before the store had increased the price of the item and I had to pay additional. Items 1 & 2 took a month to accomplish.
3. My package was shipped with my address written wrong on the shipping label. After tracking my package for 3 weeks, the shipping service was unable to deliver it. The package was deemed "lost" and has been returned back to Shopogolic's warehouse overseas. The warehouse employees do not know how to enter foreign addresses, and they don't bother to confirm with you they are entering it properly.
I was patient and gave employees time to address issues despite slow and inefficient communication. I was understanding of time zone differences and the fact they probably process a lot of requests, but this shipping fiasco was the last straw. They failed to deliver, literally. The end result is that I did not receive my item.
Unsurprisingly, customer support has been silent after I contacted them about my lost package asking for assistance. Not even a simple acknowledgement or response. What a waste of time and money. I truly regret choosing Shopogolic. Don't be a fool like me.

I reached out again to Shopogolic a couple more times shortly after their response here. Nothing happened. No responses whatsoever. At this point, it's clear they do not intend to do anything and have given up on my package despite tracking showing that it was successfully returned back to the sender (warehouse) on January 29th. Maybe it's still lost.. I don't know. They refuse to communicate with me. It's embarrassing and disappointing that this company is willing to burn customer goodwill like this.

I have been using Shopogolic for a long time and sent hundreds of parcels with them, up to the end of December everything was just perfect. But before Christmas it became a mess. Payment allocation system is not working, you sent money and never sure if they would reach your account. They have already stolen 13 EUR from one of my payments, which I asked about several times, but just silence. I though not to bother more as amount was small. But from the recent payment which they messed up big time as well, out of 306 EUR I sent they first booked just 89 EUR, when I asked 'very helpful' chat where are the money. They asked me to sent all the banking documents, screens, everything, which I did though it took a lot of time for me dealing with their mistakes. SO, as a result they booked 170 more on my account, thus have stolen 45 EUR in this case. And all my questions to chat treated with radio silence again... thats too much guys, I am going to minimize my activity and looking for alternative service, and for stolen payment will report it to Police. On top of that parcel processing became really slow, it was taking max week-10 days in the good times, now you can wait for almost a month for parcel to be shipped. Not recommended at all!

I have made an order to their Spanish warehouse. Smooth communication with support via chatbot and fast + secure delivery.
At first a bit skeptical about all the past negative reviews. But I can definitely recommend this warehouse further and looking forward to my next order!
