Extremely bad customer service. I was forced to pay 80 euros for a 2.2 kg shipment from Poland to Finland. I first paid via REVOLUT on the day the shipment was announced, the status remained unchecked for 17 days, after several attempts to contact operators, to whom I presented data on the bank transfer, I received promises to check the transfer, which never happened. I was forced to pay again because they started
charging me a fee for storing the shipment. The transaction via REVOLUT will be reported to the police.

I wish I never used this company . I wish I read these bad reviews before sending my order to them . It has been over 6 days since my parcel has been sitting in their warehouse . They have not sent invoices or anything . I have messaged them a few times “begging” them to send my parcel , to send an invoice but no response .
I am fed up of trying to message them , only to get an unhelpful response 24 hours later. I am worried that they are a scam company that’s kept my parcel . Honestly do not use this company . It’s not worth the headache and stress.
Also the 5 star positive reviews are all fake . Do not believe them .

I have two things to point out this SCAM company in the Germany warehouse.
1. the Service of shipping your parcel once its paid it INSANELY slow, you pay for the invoice, get the tracking, and they never ship you the parcel, contacted customer service multiple times and nothing is going throught, there is no phone number to reach anyone only an email which they repsnd back in like 24 hours and always find an excuse for the delayed shipping of the PIAD parcel. but it takes literally 2 days to scan my order in my account but takes FOREVER to send it out. Something is very fishy and look like they are scamming and offer no help and give no effort to help customers. UPDATE: I still have not seen my parcel shipped and will most probably claim my money back from my credit card/bank because this is starting to get ridiculous.
2. the price requested for the shipping is shown almost double the cost i originally was shown when i selected the preferred shipping method. So i selected Fedex International Economy when creating the parcel, and i was shown a price of around 26 euros. then a few days later, i get the invoice saying its ready to pay and i see a total of 59 euros (i bought small chocolate bars no bigger than the size of my hand, so let me break down their cost which you will FLIP and be shocked: (Fedex Int. Economy is now 44 euros, + Parcel packing up to 5kg: 4.25 EUR + Orders proccessing 2.60 EUR (i had 4 different orders arrive at the warehouse so 4x "all consolidated"): 10.40 EUR + Insurance 0.79 EUR = TOTAL 59.68 EUR)
This is RIDICULOUS, and i don't even know how to begging regretting using this service. I hope some higher level person is reading this is directly appologizes to me and compensate me in some way or either get my order to my and see why its not being shipped out of Germany. I can garuntee i will no longer be using this service and this company is Scam and scalpers and thieves. They do everyhting possible and on purpost to put your package in either large box or come up with ridiculous fees to steal the most amount of money possible from the customers.

I didn't receive my order .. last place I can track is Royal mail a month ago no updates although its in my country .. I guess it is lost in the mail. I would appreciate it if you could work with better delivary services such as Aramex or DHL

What a waste of time and money. Never received both of my shipments from Poland.
First shipment returned due to customs, my fault since it was considered "food" but they’re a parcel forwarding company, why didn’t they catch it? And now I have no idea where it is now, except it was returned to their Denmark warehouse. I haven't been able to return or reship. The whole process have been nothing but a nightmare, tedious, inefficient and incompetent.
2nd shipment, they sent me tracking, only weeks later to find out they made a mistake with weight and it's being returned again...and again, no idea where it is now. Incompetent warehouse that can’t seem to get it right.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT FORWARD ANYTHING BUT TO LOSE AKA KEEP YOUR SHIPMENTS.

It only takes 1 bad experience. After having 3 successful parcels delivered I have an issue with my current package in Italy, the tracking shows it was delivered to your new Milan location 28/11/24. Nothing has been updated on my account. I have contacted via email (the only contact method you offer) and have not had a response at all for over 72 hours. Just being left in the dark. So so so frustrating and I hold little hope into receiving my package.

Not to be recommended! The last parcels were only dispatched after more than a month. I had to write to support every day for this. In addition, the parcels created are not packed as paid for. Orders are skipped in order to block shipping costs.

Money was stolen.
In October, I tried to purchase an item through shopogolic.net and transferred money to them to buy a phone. For a week, there was no information about the status of the order. After a week, I contacted support, and they told me that the order would be canceled and the money would be refunded to my account balance. After that, on October 25, I requested a refund to my card. Since then, I’ve tried several times to inquire through support about when I would receive the refund. Eventually, after all the deadlines had passed, they stopped responding to my questions.
Upd: money was refunded after publication of this review on the next day thanks to Trustpilot.
