I used the Italy warehouse service for the first time and everything went smoothly. My parcel was shipped in less than 24 hours. However, my experience with the Germany warehouse has been completely different and very disappointing.
I paid for my parcel on June 6, 2024, and since then, the status has remained "paid" but not shipped. I've tried contacting support multiple times, but each time I received a different excuse:
- On June 7th, I was told it would be shipped "today."
- On June 10th, I was told it would be shipped on Wednesday.
- On June 13th, I was again told it would be shipped "today."
- On June 14th, they blamed a system glitch for the delay.
- On June 19th, they said the warehouse was overloaded.
This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I discourage you from using this service unless you don't mind not receiving your parcels on time or potentially never. To avoid the response "we do not see an order under your name," here is my personal Shopogolic number FR88407 and my parcel number 251523. I will keep you updated on my experience.

I have been using Shopogolic for several months. At first the start the service was reasonably good, but it has rapidly gone downhill. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Operators have little idea what is going on and seem to have no power to actually do anything.
The final straw for me was today when they tried to rip me off by increasing their shipping costs from the us to the uk by over 300%. A parcel that cost me $69 2 weeks ago is now costing $204. Will not be using this service again.

Very impressed with my experience with Shopogolic. I wanted to buy some things from an Italian online shop that didn't ship outside of Italy and I am in Australia. I found the Shopogolic website very easy to use. Communication at every step was excellent and my shopping arrived in perfect condition via Fedex very quickly. I can highly recommend Shopogolic.

Awful awful awful!!! I’m a Shopogolic customer using the Polish warehouse to ship my goods. They’ve sent thousands of the same product now decided to stop sending this product/products. Now they are just ignoring my messages on the chat (the only way to talk to someone) awful service!!

French warehouse - I cannot speak highly enough of the service. Notification was instant, requests were dealt with the same day and items forwarded quickly and efficiently. The courier services offered were varied - I went for the cheapest option with no issues at all - very quick delivery with no problems. Highly recommended based on my experience and I will certainly use again.

I use the service a lot. Today when paying for a parcel on the website I was advised to pay for the delivery using paypal. After that they sent me an angry email that I paid paypal and asked for a lot of supporting documents.

Made up with this service. I ordered a large quantity of cat food from Zooplus.de and if anyone has used the UK equivalent you know that parcels can be massive and heavy and often arrive with the packaging falling apart.
So I was worried about how Shopogolic would cope with a 22KG order, but I was pleasantly surprised when my parcel arrived on time (3-4 day FexEx service) and incredibly well packed!
They repacked my items into a super thick cardboard box and added 3 sections of parcel tape across the bottom which had no trouble keeping my items secure.
Brilliant service. Will definitely be using again.

LTN267523027N1 since 10/20/2023, my order has been returned since 90 days in transit, I contacted Shopogolic who informed that they opened a registration with landmark more than 30 days ago, when I ask about the matter they do not respond or it takes days to give the following response "landmark did not respond" I am attaching the email from landmark global informing me that you should send an email so they can resolve this situation, I paid 93.00 euros plus my order, I hired your services, I paid, no it was free.

I have tried quite of few of these services like Forwardvia, tiptrans etc. This is the only one which really fails to do it's advertised job and when you contact the customer service they are terribly ignorant, keep lying and ignoring. Stay away from them, choose another service.
What happened: I have received an order in their polish warehouse. Choose PL Fedex Priority which was advertised with 5-7 days delivery. After 7 days the tracking still did not update. I reached out and they said it goes first to their german warehouse, that step takes 3-5 days. And after that it will be shipped on. They didnt say anything about this on their website otherwise I would have opted for a much cheaper and still faster carrier that send directly from Poland. I mean they are basically lying as they are selling this as PL FEDEX and not GER Fedex and say it's getting deliver in 5-7 days.
I would have not written this review if the customer service wasnt that bad too and just ignored what I said as if they didnt do anything wrong.
Also there are some bugs on the website. my orders don't show in the statistics and also didnt show in received orders. I had to go through the link in my email to be able to forward this parcel.

My order arrived at Italian wearhouse over 2 weeks ago.I want it sent on to my address in Ireland. It has sat there doing nothing. When I contact customer service I get very short answers like the latest "it is in wearhouse" I do not trust my parcel will ever get to me as I don't even know how to pay to get it moved out of their wearhouse. Seems like a scam. Could not trust this service.

This service is great! I have been using them for almost a year now. I have sent close to 30 parcels and all have been delivered in a timely manner. Any issues I have had (mostly my own fault) they have been more than happy to help me fix it. The parcels are always packaged well and never a broken item. I highly recommend this service and I will continue using them.

I advise you not to avoid the services of this site, 2 weeks ago I paid 40 euro to send my purchases from Germani Wearhaus.
I received a tracing number and that's it, I checked my package every day where it is but it didn't move it for 2 weeks, at this point i wrote to customer service they t answered me after 3 hours that : the package was shipped today, TODAY??? After two weeks from my payment, (I paid for a service that guarantees that the package will arrive in 3-5 working days) the package was not sent, the track they sent me and a fake tracking
Scammers, Thieves, Cheaters, in short, do not use this site

3 weeks ago I wanted to transfer a parcel from Poland to Greece. I chose shopogolic which I found from internet. At first they sent me a tracking number which was untraceable. They told me it needs 3 days to appear. Then they told me that there's a mistake and they will resend the parcel. At this point I made them a negative review in this site. Then they sent me a mail asking to make them a review at any site, which was funny. They sent a new tracking number, which was at once traceable. One week after I received my parcel . Everything is PERFECT. Now I delete the negative review and make this one with five stars, ALTHOUGH, I would appreciate a less expensive service. Anyway, thank you guys from Shopogolic. I will chose you again!

I wanted to forward a parcel from Germany to New Zealand - in the declaration, I was told that it would cost only 35€ to send via Fedex Economy. When I checked the next morning upon getting an email that my parcel was ready to be shipped and I had an invoice, I was absolutely horrified to see that it had increased to 91€. That is over twice the amount I was told it would be and it is almost equal to what the parcel is worth - it also costs almost $200 NZD. The parcel is only 600g and the contents could be easily compressed. According to volumetric dimensions, it is now 2kg, which is absolutely ridiculous. It seems obvious to me that when they repacked it, they chose a larger box so they could get away with charging me more based on volumetric dimensions.
I had a parcel sent them from their Italian warehouse with similar volumetric dimensions and the postal cost for that wasn't even CLOSE to this one.
I contacted customer service immediately to ask for an explanation and they told me that Fedex Economy (the service I asked for) does not even provide service to New Zealand because it goes over land - so why on earth did you offer it as an option when it was never an option?
When I told the customer service representative that it is bad form to mislead a customer about the services you can provide and how desperately unethical and dishonest it is to not be upfront with the costs, I got no response whatsoever, not even an apology.
The other parcel I had in Germany is quite literally a kitchen spoon and they're saying it will cost 30€ to send, which is over twice than what it is worth. That is utterly insane.
These people are dishonest and they are scalpers.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would do so, because this isn't even deserving of one star. Disgraceful.

Worst experience with reship company ever.
I ordered goods from Poland and wanted to send them to Czechia.
I had a mistake in billing information so I tried to contact customer service, where I was told they will help me. It took like 5-6 days of constantly asking how it is going. Finally I got the answer, that Shopogolic is offering services only to people, not to companies. When I ask, why there is line to fill called: Company name or Vat number, I did not het the answer.
Moreover, they are using FedEx for reship from Poland to Czechia, so I paid like 40 EUR for 11 kg package.
That is a way more expensive than Packeta, Czech Post or something like that.
I highly recommend to avoid this company, you can use company like znemecka.eu, who can reship you goods from Poland or Germany to CZ without any problems and for half a price than this company.
Never ever again

I use since long time shopogolic as Forward shipping particulary from France and UK to Germany. However, I constate in the last time, that the company has my be some financial turbulances. Because without notification, they remove some items from parcels which they try probably to sale them on the platform like Ebay.
I am sur, I am not the only one with such bad experiences, however some persons don´t report about such mistakes. It is important for me to alert all customers to control strictly their items, specialy when the parcels are stored little bit longer than expected.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETELY FRAUD!
I changed my usual parcel forwarding provider to Shopogolic because their fee appears to be cheaper, the initial quote was around 55 euro for forwarding my parcel from German to Australia under economic shipping option, however, when I click actual invoice online, it increased to 92 euro for priority shipping, I reached out to customer service, he then mentioned German warehouse doesn't have economic shipping option even though they DO have economic option is online to mislead customers (or to attract new customers), then the only suggestion he provided by was "you can choose to return the purchased items to the store AT YOUR OWN COSTS if you don't want to ship it with 92 euro"!!!
