Worst experience ever! Never again!
Worst experience ever! They delivered a damaged bike to me and didn't take it back on their costs. They said I need to return the bike on my own costs and risk. Never experienced such a bad und unfriendly customer service like this. Never ever again and 100% NOT a recommendation to buy here!!!

After the issue was reported, we asked the customer to take the bike to a mechanic to obtain a repair estimate, a standard and necessary step to assess any possible solution. The customer refused to cooperate.
Subsequently, a PayPal dispute was opened requesting a full refund without returning the product, providing a tracking number that turned out to be FALSE!!! PayPal carried out the required checks, confirmed that no actual return had taken place, and therefore closed the dispute in our favor.
We do not accept refund requests based on inaccurate information or attempts to obtain a refund without returning the merchandise. Our procedures are transparent and protect both the company and honest customers.

Customer support HEROES
Although I bought a bike from them through Decathlon, when I received the bike with a broken shifter, Decathlon did nothing to help me. Luckily, I contacted Canellini directly and got help from Federica Canellini, who, in no more than 15 minutes of conversation, sent me a repair piece for my shifter. TOTAL BOSS.
My son loves the bike, and I love Canellini.

The bike is perfect

A beautiful bicycle
A beautiful bicycle, we had some issues with one tyre that was out of position from the transport and the tyre punctured. This was easily solved by purchasing a new tube and re-installing it. The bike drives beautifully and I am happy to have my 2nd Cannellini bike and this one fits me perfectly.

Terrible product and even worse…
Terrible product and even worse customer service!
I have never had such a bad experience with a product, but especially with customer service.
I purchased a Cannellini bike, which arrived partially assembled. Just two weeks later, the derailleur—already mounted on the bike—got stuck in the wheel when I shifted into first gear. The derailleur on these bikes is positioned too close to the wheel, which clearly causes issues if it breaks down like this after only two weeks.
Not only was this dangerous, but it was completely unacceptable. I explained the situation, yet the company refused to cover the repair costs. Instead, they only offered to send me a new derailleur—at my expense. The same part was available online, including shipping, for €12, while they wanted to charge me €10.
Throughout our email exchange, they consistently blamed me, even though the derailleur was originally installed by them. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I do not recommend this brand!

Bought a bike in 2022. One of the worst products I ever bought. The handlebar is so badly designed, and the chain broke at my first fall. I can't believe it has 4.7 rating. 100% scam
