This company can improve by sending the orders out to the people that ordered off them . Its a disgrace that you order and not receive your goods

The company is a scammer.. you order goods that will never arrive or you can track .. I ordered boots ..wished I'd read the reviews before ordering anything.. or wouldn't of touched this site with a barge pole .. keep well away 🙏

Ordered a pair of shoes which did arrive but the wrong size. When I enquired how to remedy this they replied that I could keep the product and send a further £9 for post and packing and they would send the correct size. I did this but have never received the replacement shoes.

Never received order asked for refund they blocked my emails

Shame I can't give zero stars. Ordered trainers and initial contact was good - acknowledged, etc. But it's now 25 days since the order and email said "7 to 19 days" Emailed but had no response. Luckily paid using PayPal so hopefully I'll be able to get my money back. Company has made 3 further attempts to take more money, but luckily bank has stopped it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.

Ordered a pair of trainers that never arrived. Thankfully I paid by PayPal who issued a refund within minutes of raising a dispute.
I've only just read all the other reviews, it was probably likely I wouldn't of received the right size if they had arrived - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't ever buy any product off this company they take your money and then sod ya. This has been going on for nearly two months and all you get is thank you for your patience.

AVOID! Same as so many others. I ordered some slippers. They sent the wrong size then tried to charge me to get the right size sent to me. Pathetic company, a pure scam.

Read reviews after my order was sent, so I was not expecting much. And I wasn't disappointed! Tracking number, false, long delivery BUT they did arrive , I ordered a 7, slippers I was sent would not fit, with the best will in the world they were about 4! The description and image did not resemble what I received. Gave them to charity shop and chalked it up to experience. Next time read review before order!

Have the same problem as everyone elses comnents. Waited over 5weeks for these slippers to arrive, i ordered the next size up, they came today and i couldnt even get my foot in them, i ordered a 6.5 the actual slipper was more a size 4 😡, was told to keep them and pay £9.80 for postage for another pair. Paid by paypal so will go through them with this scam company, i thought it was a usa company not a chinese one, had i known i would not of purchased.

They pretend to be a UK company and ask for return postage to be paid before giving a refund, however they are actually based in China and expect you to pay for international shipping.

slippers came, too small, returned to the UK address on parcel asking for a size up, then found out they should have been returned to CHINA at MY expense. Emailing them for a response now 4 times as to whether they have been diverted to CHINA from the Leicester address on parcel, no replies are being received. AMATEURS. DO NOT USE.

If I could give a -0 I would, they do not deserve even a 1 star. total scam artists!
FB should remove these scammers as they are taking money under false pretenses. I have complained to FB but nothing done so far.
AVOID This company, if they are in fact a viable company. Never will I buy anything on FB again! Google items first!

Put one star as can’t put zero.
My slippers arrived but split within less than 24 hours.
I immediately emailed with a photo. No response other than auto response. Over the course of a week I have emailed twice more and still no response.
So I put a comment on the Facebook ad for the slippers saying they were faulty and asked when would they respond. They deleted the comment. I commented again, they deleted it. They only leave positive feedback.
Legally they should refund faulty items but they do not acknowledge anything.
I would strongly advise to avoid this company.

They advertised on fb some slippers, describing the linings as being absorbent and non-sweaty, which made me think if was s as natural fabric like cotton or wool. I bought what they said was a 6 and a 7 but they’re marked as 5/6 and 6-7. They’re actually more like a 4.5-5 and 5.5-6, and are way too small. The postage to receive them was £4.80 so I thought they were from the uk but when I requested a return I was offered 20% refund and keep, or return at my own expense at £18.80. I then googled them and found the same slippers on SHEIN at £5.50 each instead of the £19.95 these cost. The linings are synthetic so won’t be absorbent and they’re incorrectly sized but it’s pointless paying £18.80 to return slippers that cost 1.15 more. This seller is a rip-off merchant. Don’t buy.

Beware the shop indicates they are from uk. Slippers are for borrowers!! Best outcome from my £44 cost is £7.98.

You have to return to China and pay the costs for a refund. What a chump I am.

I ordered Cloud slippers on 28/11/23 which arrived on 11/12/23 only after getting various e-mails on delivery status I realised they were coming from China I would never have ordered them had I known this.
I ordered a size 6 but I can’t even get them on as they are too narrow to get my foot in.
I was looking to return them but realised there is no invoice in the packaging and after reading reviews on here I realise it would be impossible to get a full refund.
Do not order slippers from here.

Sent wrong size slippers no help from them when I complained do not buy from this company
