DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! THEY ARE LESS THAN IDEAL! They will completely rip you off. I ordered in good faith a pair of the cloud slippers which they rave about on social media. I ordered the correct size, but the company sent me the incorrect size. When I contacted customer services they gave me 3 options. All not in favour of me, the customer who hadn't made the mistake! They WILL not refund you if they get it wrong, only offering back £3.,99 after spending £24.95!!! Or you have to ship the product back to CHINA at a vast cost and they will only refund 20%!!! They will take your money and leave you with a product not fit for purpose. Also, for the record if you want cloud slippers .. you can buy them half the price on amazon and even less on Temu. I would give less than 1 star if I could. They should be shut down. FRAUDULENT! DO NOT BUY!

Just received cloud slippers. So small at the opening I’m unable to get my foot in.

I would give 0 stars if I could I ordered a pair of slippers from this company they arrived but were too small so I used them as a Christmas present and order myself another pair in a larger size. When they arrived they sent me the same size as before. I have been in a battle with them for a week about a replacement and they want me to pay postage on a replacement pair. They don’t seem to understand that it was their fault and should replace them free of change. Do not buy from this company.

Slippers are smaller than UK sizes. Charging £9.80 to return to China. or 20% off to keep. Come up as a Malware warning and Phishing warning on all sites.

As other people have said, the slippers I received are far too small, despite having ordered a bigger size than usual. Nothing on the website warns you about this issue. Although the company accepts returns the customer is responsible for shipping costs to China, which makes it totally unfeasible.

Lucky to get a single star, items come up very small, size 9 slippers would be difficult to get on a size 8 foot. Lack of response and no returns address shown on their website. When I chased their late delivery, I was informed contact Royal mail. Without tracking details or anything which would enable me too. Hopeless company. I will not be using them again.

This is a disgrace of a company. Stay away. Ordered slippers and they sent wrong size. Won't accept their mistake and offered me 20% refund. No returns address. I will be reporting to trading standards.

Bad company no after sales service, sent wrong size and expect me to return to China when a UK return address on the packaging, stay away, they donot even provide a returns form with your details on. This company requires reporting to Trading Standards.

Very bad communication from. Them plus number doesn’t work I’ve left messages every were They read them don’t reply I’d be very careful with this site also if you shop on there web site they only put up good reviews. Not the bad ones I did one it never got. Displayed Again please be careful

Didn't get what I ordered, tried to contact them to resolve the issue. They blocked me from messaging them on Facebook, won't reply to any emails. The quality of what I received was absolutely shocking. Definitely false advertising and fraudulent behaviour.

Sent wrong size, i have to pay for return postage, which is £20, the website says .co.uk, but its not, its in china, dont order from this website, disgusting.

At this point, I've received slippers that are too small, (although I'm a standard size and ordered the correct size) and the wrong colour. On the packaging it states the return address is in the UK but when I contacted the company about returning the item, they said it had to be shippe to China. I'm currently trying to dispute this with Shoppideal.
