I had some items in my cart, didn't understand the whole address stuff and put my home address in and my Paypal, no option to finish the purchase process, so I reached out to support and they sent me an email with the address I think I was supposed to use.
I didn't rush to go any further, but then I received an email from Paypal that wasn't from Paypal? and wanted the exact amount of money I would have had to pay MyUS if I continued with my purchase.... I did click to finish payment from the email, thankfully it did nothing.
Coincidence or not?, I won't continue with my purchase either way.
(Just confirmed it wasn't a coincidence, Access USA Shipping LLC is part of MyUS and they tried getting the payment from me without even letting me complete my purchase. Disgusting!)
Appalling, disgusting non-service. Robbed me blind and then insulted me for not being familiar with their process as a non-user.
My first time using MyUS, and definitely my last. Appalled, disgusted and completely distressed. I had not realised I had had an old address (in another country) on the account, and because it was my first time using MyUS had not realised I had to change the address BEFORE the parcel reached the facility. As it was, I received notification of receipt of the parcel, logged on and discovered to my horror I could not change anything. Got in touch with customer service to request a re-route. Was told the shipping department had been contacted and a re-route may not be possible, and to sit back and wait. So far, so reasonable. 30 minutes later a charge came through on my credit card for more than double the amount I was expecting, and that the parcel was going to the black hole that was the old address. Got in touch again. Was pointed to small print - I had agreed to no refunds, I needed to uncheck some option to access the cheapest options (I had not been given any option to choose the shipping providers at any point - these were selected for me even though my account said "cheapest shipping option"). Asked to cancel the transaction and have parcel returned for a reasonable fee - nope not possible. Said I should have picked a paid membership - yes I would do that before I'd even tried using the service even once. Told my case was escalated to management and to wait. So I did. Another 40 minutes later yet another email streamed in proudly declaring my airway bill number confirming my parcel was going to the black hole that was the old address. It was as if they were taunting me and that everything I had said before was completely ignored and that they were intent on piling on the distress this evening.
Was also idiot-shamed by EVERY representative in the process for entering the wrong address, for not knowing that I needed to uncheck options, for not going with a paid membership, etc. etc., and at no point given any advice as to pitfalls to look out for, considering they already knew I was a first time user and had been a bit of an idiot already with the shipping address, so clearly not au fait with the entire MyUS process. I'd naively assumed I would log in and select shipping options and make payment, as I had with other civilised parcel forwarding providers. I hadn't realised they'd stored my credit card details (I'd set up the account a long time ago and forgotten about it) so that they could charge as much as they wanted without giving me any option to reject the charges at any point without any accountability. Considering also they'd been hacked earlier this year, and yet insist on having your card details on file, I suggest avoiding them like the plague. Not worth the grief and the risk. To say I have been completely let down is an understatement.
I was ordering supplements and this would have been a long-term commitment, and would have continued to use MyUS had the process been pain-free as it had been with other service providers before I moved back to the UK. But never again. Plenty of other service providers out there - please save yourselves the grief and being kicked in the teeth by rude, wholly impotent representatives while being robbed blind in the process. I would give no/negative stars if I could, but such is life.
Take your ill-gotten gains MyUS. I hope you're proud of yourselves.
P/S Having read the reviews on this site it seems my experience is hardly isolated, which makes me feel a lot better knowing that I'm not alone. Agree with the comment that said their process is designed to be efficient for them and not the customer, with no clear advice for first time users, and another comment that they make you to sign a blank cheque by forcing you to store credit card details with them (and then get hacked in March 2022) so that they can charge whatever they like without accountability. They should not be in business.

Thieving scum, for a 1.4lb package they charged me £139!!! I was told it would be $15 on the shipping estimator! Total scam do not buy from these people whatsoever Charged me $8.99 because the name on the myUS account was a slightly abbreviated version of the name I used to purchase my order from the seller.
To add insult to injury, they do not let you change the name on your account. Rather, you have to pay $25 if you want to add an additional name that you might, out of habit, use to buy something online.

After all problems has been wrote in 02-May-2022 about change services MyUS to so so bad after Cyber attacks in Mar-2022 "by their said", many stupid employees end conversation by WhatsApp while I talking "many times", late shipping one month and two months and they try many times removed wood parfum cost about 700$ including parfums wood&oil, and chocolate from Hu company "not yet try it", water from Waiakea, Sparkling water from Spindrift, Notebook from LeStallion and I sent to this great companies "I try find great shipping company of USA for I'll buy it from you again"
Now, after my comment 02-May-2022 MyUS bring another problems to me, I cannot shipping must I pay 36$ balance due!, and they say "There're shipments must pay because up 60 $ "SO THAT, WHY WITHDRAW 436.33 $ FROM MY MASTERCARD COST UP PRICE CHOOSE SHIPPING BY YOU (MYUS) WITHOUT INFORMING ME?!, WHY NOT BRING TAX EVERYDAY LATE IF UP 60 DAYS INSTEAD WITHDRAW 436.33$?!"

Before its Ok but after Cyber attacks in Mars/2022 they be bad employees and late my shipments up one and two months and don't has any problems the first shipment is wood natural "parfum" 500 gm only they told me "our rule say no shipping this shipment just shipping from MyUS of uk to any address in uk only not international!" and I told them this rule from you and public rule has not any problem, FedEx TNT and airport of uk passed shipment to you without any problem!
Then last solution I called FedEx TNT and they call MyUS and shipping immediately same day.
I have rest 10 shipments then still 60 days not shipping and MyUS take 1636.61 SR = 436.33$ from my card without informing me!, this not surprise this after late two shipments up month and two months!, also I sent to (up) administrations (managers) of sections of MyUS not answered me after explaining their bad services for me!
It is axiomatic the employees of MyUS as them.
Also before MyUS there's the worse shipping company of the world is Aramex of riyadh city and uk its so bad try cancel shipment half ton. I told them I complete pay they told me you cannot, then they sent email in late time for not focus at this email say "if you not complete payment we'll destroy the shipment!, I called them not answer and if answer end calling while I talking! The website said 3.1 pounds good shipping to Canada cost only 27 when you get to the payment page you'll find a massive massive bill. They should be banned.

Absolutely awful. I’m canceling my membership. They try and fleece you for extra payments. I’m speaking to the Florida AG about the deception employed by MyUS. I bought a couple of Kg of pure silicon, and they said they can’t tell if it is on the export ban list. You would think they would have an X-ray to determine the purity. They have cost me so much in wasted fees. Avoid at all costs. They are a very deceptive company that only wants to screw you for extra fees.
Long to receive and a bit costy
At first, I was confident about this service as the US buyer I bought from advised them to me.
I chose simple minimum sending from MyUS with automatic country tax support, as I did not want to handle these. But was surprised to have an unexpected amount (at 40$ much) to be taken for fees + the 15$ for sending. My package worth 70 bucks, so it cost me almost double what I expected.
The good news is I received my parcel in a reasonable amount of time: bought 2022-02-09, MyUs received 2022-02-14, shipped to France 2022-02-21, finally received in France on 2022-04-04 => +- 2 months for shipment.
So I'm happy to receive my purchase, but a bit disappointed by the additional costs to receive it, as taxes in France are of the order of 20%. I don't well understand the taxes charged by MyUS, and they don't provide any explanation for it.

My US.com Experience !!! I ordered similar product from same supplier and shipped to same adress. From regular supplier Total shipping and duty, $75.79 $, witth you (myus.com 175.26 $. THAT IS A WHOPPING 100.00 $ more. OUCH" What a very disageable surprise. I think your company is a sort of scam. Beware thinking you’ll save money
Beware thinking you’ll save money. My shipment cost more as combined shipment with MyUS than it would have cost shipping each individual item direct from the individual suppliers. By a long way. It just cost me a whopping US$500 for my shipment. But my hands are now tied.
The weights MyUS have charged also don’t align with incoming UPS labels or the manufacturers shipping weights. Some are more than double. Questioning these they want me to pay $7 per package to check their weights. If anything, and the whole point of combining shipping, the weight leaving MyUS should be less.
Tacks on Extra Charges
My original package arrived to their warehouse at 0.7lb. The final weight after they decided it needed to be repackaged was 1.02lb. They then went on to charge for 2lb because it was over 1lb. Over by 0.02lb / 9gm, the weight of 2 pieces of paper.
Told me they had to repackage it to ensure its safety since its being shipped by airmail. What? The package was originally shipped from Canada to US... Not sure how Airmail requires additional packaging but seems like a rort to charge you extra!
Nowhere does it state on their shipping calculator either that it will be rounded up for such an insignificant amount. (And in this case due to their own additional packaging!)
Despite being a first time user they default your account to Autoship. I needed the package sent via express as it is time critical for healthcare of a loved one with a terminal illness. When I raised this issue basically their response is "You should have known autoship was default" but no tutorials, no nothing on how their process works. Logically if someone hasn't used their service before, perhaps at least provide some key guides via email/pop ups when you access the site for the first time. Lack of communication and they just action something without any approval from you.
Clearly they've chosen to make it more efficient for their own benefit, so they can just quickly charge you and be done with your package.
Horrible horrible experience and will never use them again. A company that doesn't put customer experience first will not survive nor thrive in the future.
Ridiculously high shipping fee - money taken with no warning!
I had a good experience with this company in the past BUT have just been charged $70 shipping on a package worth $50 with absolutely no warning. Disputed as soon as my money was taken and was told there was nothing they could do as it was already processed. I asked where it showed this ridiculously high shipping rate as an option, as I was quoted just 17.99 on their shipping calculator.
I choose to pay customs/duty in advance and they said the shipping rate used was the only option available for if these fees were prepaid - I asked where it showed this and they couldn’t give me an answer and refused to help. One customer service agent was pretty rude and cut me off. Another just kept copying generic answers, which didn’t answer what I was actually asking. I will absolutely be avoiding from now on.

Used MyUS a few times, the shipping rate is so much cheaper than retail price. and they offer premium like Fedex.UPS,DHL as well as budget friendly carriers. My package arrived in 3 days via DHL and in perfect condition. and their subsidiary packagehopper is pretty awesome too.. The shipping cost is 60-70% cheaper than retail price.
Will difinitely use their service again. very happy.

Do not use this company and definitely do not add PayPal to your billing account. They set up a billing agreement and will dip into your funds with no notice and take what they want. They charged me over €100 to ship 5 items within the USA not internationally and they did not consolidate the shipments as I asked charging me more than the value of the items for each shipment. They also charged me €32 before they even shipped anything.
Received my package from My US Damaged
Received my package from My US. I paid for extra padding. When they sent me photos to show what was being shipped, my Amazon exclusive Funk Pops we're in perfect condition. When they arrived they were completely destroyed. I made a claim as I paid for insurance as they state they don't cover manufacturers boxes. As I pointed out this has nothing to do with that as they had put heavy items on top of the funkos which has destroyed the boxes.

This company is borderline fraudulent, and at the very least extremely misleading. After only 1 order I closed my account
I chose to open an account because they presented me with a variety of affordable shipping options that I could choose from - this is a lie.
Immediately after receiving my parcel they charged my credit card, and shipped it with one of the most expensive options, and without my consent. So instead of paying $22.99, I had to pay $40.99.
Furthermore, they charged me an extra $31 for taxes and other stuff that they don't explain in the invoice. The tax rate was almost 3 times the amount I was supposed to pay. They don't tell you that you are going to pay the tax directly to them, and they don't tell you why you are paying that amount.
So, overall I ended up with a $74 bill instead of the $23 that I thought I was going to pay.
I sent two emails to the company, without any reply.
I highly recommend you stay away from MyUS.com
