It has now been ONE MONTH since MyUSA.com took our money to forward 3 letters to us overseas. It is still "processing". The customer service has been appalling, when they respond at all. We did get a shoddy response via FB messenger when all other attempts to contact them failed. They claim they are "waiting for IT". ONE MONTH and still not even in the post yet.
Beware: Deceptive Practices and Incompetence in Shipping Services
I am profoundly disappointed and dismayed by the appalling service provided by your shipping company. As a customer who relied on your services to deliver a package from the USA to England, I encountered nothing but deceit, miscalculation, and negligence.
Despite meticulously verifying shipping costs and VAT exemptions before arranging delivery to your address, I was astounded to receive a demand for payment totaling $63.95, including an erroneous $32.53 VAT charge. This unjustifiable fee far exceeded the expected cost and directly contradicted the information provided on your website and by tax authorities.
Furthermore, your failure to promptly rectify this error is utterly unacceptable. Despite bringing the matter to your attention immediately upon receipt of the package, I have been met with nothing but delay and evasion. It is incomprehensible why such a straightforward issue, concerning a package valued well below the VAT threshold, would require nearly a week to resolve.
Your misleading practices and incompetence not only result in financial loss for customers but also erode trust in your services. If this matter is not addressed and resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner, I will have no choice but to escalate my concerns to the relevant regulatory authorities and share my harrowing experience with your company on prominent review platforms such as Google, Yelp, and others.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and demonstrate accountability for your actions. Anything short of a satisfactory resolution will further tarnish your company’s reputation and drive potential customers away.

Never again. Definitely not recommended. I wouldn't use MyUS again. Quoted reasonable shipping rates which I accepted and paid then without any notification or agreement from me more than doubled the charges and changed the shipping method. I do not believe their advertising on better shipping rates - it didn't happen.

You should look elsewere.
You should look elsewhere their prices might look inviting, but there is allways a catch and so much they aren't telling you. They also have the most unhelpful customer support, exploiting the fact that you can't do antyhing about it from across the ocean.
Look for a better one
First time customer and probably last time one. Parcels being logged 3-4 days after reception, and they indicate the logging time as reception time. Then they marked water-based cleaner as flammable. Wrote to customer support, got a reply on e-mail after three days, never on WhatsApp, that they would review it. They corrected the error, never notified me about it. Spray can took them to review and conclude as "limited quantity" dangerous goods item four days despite, I imagine, shipping similar products on a daily basis. Took seven days for my parcels to be ready to create a ship request. Prices of additional services are horrendous. After creating ship request, I cancelled it when it was still possible, but despite being "cancelled' in the system, they shipped it. All in all, it could be worse (definitively there is potential), but is not even close to positive.

We went to order 2 items from Walmart and after failing to be able to input UK address we then realised we had to use a 3rd party shipping service ... found my US and paid for a subscription then placed order using my US shipping address for a US address all went through,even got an email to confirm from Walmart. Then within 10mins 2nd email from Walmart cancelling order due to "cancelled as your account has returns violations " - and that was linked to my US address / account obviously!!! And that was my husband placing order, so a few weeks later when i was looking to order something i found shopping.myUS and thought it was a different one, until i saw some reviews on their site, that weren't great (understatement of the year, actually multiple reviews that were horrendous!!) - a number of people saying packages arriving with items missing from packs and the prices were very inconsistent ( e.g full case for $40 then another of same for $69.99.) So i decided to actually do some quick checks before parting with $220.. it appeared it was the same company!!so from my 1st experience, reviews on their own site and reviews on here, i think itll be wise give this one a miss!! Any recommendations on others to use would be great though

I honestly don't know what to do. I had items that never got delivered to me. The driver forged a signature and left it on a doorstep. I was out of town. The delivery company have suggested it may have been stolen. I was advised by the delivery company to claim Myus.
so I emailed. I was told to submit a claim, which I did. over two weeks ago.
every subsequent email I've sent has told me to 'submit a claim'. Even when asking for updates, it just says the same god damn thing.
Their WhatsApp messaging customer help is useless. You have to start off with a POS digital assistant. Many hours later they reply and then if you don't write back within 5 minutes they close the chat.
I'm talking 6+ hours of a gap between my messages and their initial reply and then they close the chat after 5 minutes if they don't hear back.

terrible company. They lost my package from Orvis. They did the paperwork for Aust Post to ship but never actually shipped it, which is confirmed by both Aust Post on Myus.com transaction record. Yes thier own site confirms it wasn't sent! Despite numerous emails they refuse to acknowledge its lost. I wish I had read this site first. Avoid at all costs.

Fraudulent company. They kept charging my account monthly for 1 year (and on) despite that I requested a subscription cancelation.
Horrible service
Garbage service who takes no responsibility for their service. They claim to know all the customs procedures for your destination country, and even "guarantee" the duties (when you pay extra), then refuse to pay or help at all when your item is stuck in customs. They simply wash their hands and tell you you're out of luck. Avoid this horrible service, don't waste your money here.

Horrible; If your product cannot be exported, your only options are to either return it to the sender (not always possible) or to destroy it. You cannot come pick it up in person, and cannot ship it somewhere in the US. Don't use them

I signed up for myus.com over a decade ago, long before they had any policy of charging for additional names. I haven’t used my account since (as their rates are not competitive), however, recently they tried to charge my expired credit card a ridiculous $200, saying I had 8 additional names on my account at $25 each. I never agreed to this at all. Completely unconscious and unprofessional company. Definitely BEWARE.
