The products are good quality never had any problems with this company on that score I would have given 5*, the reason for only 3* is because their postage charges are outrageous, as they will obviously post numerous parcels daily so will therefore have a good rate with a logistics company they are making a large profit from this, negates any reasonable prices on the bags they sell. Disappointing

Easy to shop website, a great product reasonably priced, and a super fast delivery, which was brilliant. a good business who I will be ordering from again. thank you

Hi, I received a call to say that the initial payment for the goods hadn't gone through, I returned the call twice before I was assured of yet another call back...eventually the bags turned up, however they are of very poor quality- the glue was dry and the bags split, I have a picture of 10 of them that we couldn't use - we actually glued another 10 back together.

Great product but shame about the muddle with delivery but good customer service resolved the problem

Bags were good but not a great service. I rang to ask when the bags would be delivered and the phone was answered by someone who was very abrupt, who obviously didn't want to talk to customers, asked me to send an email and then didn't respond to the email. Not great customer service I'm afraid.

Placing the order was simple online but the delivery was late due to problems created by the Courier sending to the wrong depot. Staff were helpful but took almost a week to arrive and only the day prior to the event.

Received the bags promptly, however, 60% of them have split when opening them out. Called Shopping Bags Direct who promised to replace them next day, now two days later we still have not had them replaced and they are for a function on Monday (it is now Friday), so we will have to make do.

Quality great but paid for next day delivery and didn't get it.

Unacceptable rude conduct. I paid extra to have my items delivered by 1pm the next day. I didn't receive the items in till after 3pm. When I called the company to find out why there was such a long delay the manager/owner at the other end spoke rudely to me, he told me that's not his problem and I should chase my my delivery with FedEx myself. He didn't even attempt to understand my frustration instead he swore at me and hanged up the phone. I called back to demand for my money back as he was so rude to me when the fault was at their end. He gave no apology only spoke rudely to me because I dared ask him about the products I purchased.
