For the last 5 years I buy bags for Christmas gifts and was never
disappointed.

I am very dissapointed that i paid for next day delivery and i am still waiting after 2 working days. The event that i needed the items for has now passed, and even when i called the numbers on website to collect myself, the phones were just ringing. I do not need the items anymore and i would be requesting for a refund. The tracking system was also misleading.

Late Arrival
Despite being told the bags would be ready on a date requested on ordereing they werent. I chased the day prior to be told they wouldnt arrive until the day after the event I needed them for. They had had issues with the printer however I felt that I wouldnt have been told this had I not chased. They managed to send plain bags direct to the venue which werent ideal but we had no choice but to go with.

Ordered 10000 Gift Bags from them and received within a week.. Excellent service and very polite customer service ..The gentlemen on the phone was very polite and exteremly helpful... We will definitely be using them again

Rude and unhelpful. They missed a delivery that I paid £33 to receive - didn't organise the return when they said they would and have so far said that I will not receive a full refund including this charge. The man I just spoke to on the phone spoke over me, told me it wasn't their fault so the delivery charge would stand - and then told me it was my fault for missing a delivery... which never happened... because it wasn't delivered on the day it should have. Basically unreliable, unhelpful and unprofessional based on my experience so far.
