Honestly, the process was seamless from start to finish. Very good price for the watch, the packaging was 10/10, the snacks were amazing and the extras were so cute. Erika was also a gem and there whenever I needed. The watch was in perfect condition!

The customer care representative answered all my queries promptly. The product was delivered within 4 days in excellent condition, along with Japan postcard and snacks. Looking forward to buying more watches from Shopping In Japan. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Shipping was fast, and I got what I ordered! (Plus a couple extra little treats.) everything went so well I ordered something else for Mother’s Day right away!

I had no issues with the purchase. The tracking information was clear and I was updated along the entire route. I was made aware of the additional tariff charges that had to be applied as well. I had an delightful experience purchasing a Seiko 5 automatic watch from Shopping In Japan. Erika, the export coordinator has excellent customer service, she responded promptly to enquiries and great comms after I placed my order. Watch was packaged securely, genuine Made In Japan model and included a bonus Japan postcard and gift voucher for a future purchase. Very happy with the watch and will buy from them again.

As always you think things are a scam , but this was not , got the watch I had purchased and delivered to Scotland quickly with no issues , email updates etc really good and will use again

I still did not receive my shipment. still 13 days in transit. There is no information when my order will come or where is the current location and status. But with the stellar customer service they have (Erika) reassured me and put my mind at ease. I'm just waiting for my package to arrive. Changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars.
