So I ordered a scooter on June 22nd 2020 after seeing an add on Instagram. Got shipping updates, All was well until their pry delivery didn't return any off my messages, and Shoppingink disappeared from the face of the earth.
However, I notified my bank and they managed to get me a refund. The time I wasted waiting for the item, then to realise it was a scam and then waiting for my refund was the worst shopping experience I have ever had and I think at the very least Instagram should pay compensation for the stress it caused me as I am mentally ill anyway and disabled. And until then I will BOYCOTT Instagram.

There must be something we can do
Maybe a class action against Facebook
This is not normal that they carry ads like these and all of It is bogus

So at least I’m not alone on the scooter scam - they got me for $100 for 2 scooters! Same demo all looked good and acted as if they shipped them and even updated the the departures and times for the tracking. I found the as through face book and assumed it was legit. But no - scammed !

SCAM. Got me for $100. Intelligent Electric Scooter/Skateboard ad through Instagram. They went as far as to post shipping updates for two weeks. Then both websites, the shipping and shoppingink.com were gone...

they need to have negative stars for fraudulent companies...this one would get a -5 star rating from me. i too, thought i was getting the scooter deal, and watched as they faked the shipping and customs processes until they closed it down...bahstards.

Now 1.5 month ago I didn’t get my parcel still they you guys are making me fool when you guyss send me my parcel or payment

Fake BS, Instagram is the one posting there ads. Theres many ads that are fake!

I also fell for this scam on scooters. I paid via credit card so my purchases are insured against scams and fraud. I contacted my card company and they refunded me whilst also sending the information of the websote to the relevant fraud teams.

They got me for 2 Electric skateboards

Complete scam. Can someone send me their email so I can sue them (by writing it in a post)? They have deleted their website and it's therefore impossible to contact them.

Absolutely a scam. In a bright note, I emailed their "customer support" and threatened to get authorities involved. They refunded my $180 2 days later. The oddest part is the tracking keeps updating?
Either way I would suggest emailing them. It worked for me.

They are a big time scam artist, they advertised these skateboards on Facebook, so thinking that Facebook would only allow legitimate businesses to advertise on their site but nope, they got me for 127.00, they bill your credit card as a Amazon payment, hopefully someone will catch up with them

I was scammed buying just one of these skateboards and I am normally quite good at recognising a scam when I see one but this was advertised through Facebook. I thought to myself that the price was too cheap but I could not resists a bargain and I bought it with my BarclayCard to be on the safe side from anyone trying to con me out of a few quid. It was only a few days later when I saw the review on Facebook saying that that the company was a scam that my concerns were cemented. Why is Facebook promoting this ripoff and promoting the company for you buy??? Facebook you have a lot to answer for and I will not trust anything that you promote anymore as you are a untrustworthy source of information from now on and so well done as you have just cut off your nose to spot your face. You have already written to saying you would refund me and gave some excuse about bots and nonsense but I have already made a claim through BarclayCard as I do not trust a word you say. You have no product at that price and you never will and you are ripping of loads of people with your bogus and fictitious website. You should be ashamed of yourselves and the telling sign on TrustPilot is you have not responded to any of the negative comments posted on here.

I ordered 3 scooters never got them! Complete Scam!! How I get my money back?! Instagram needs to know who their letting advertise, and help get my money back.

100% SCAM or shouldy I say SCUM. I think instagram needs to be held responsible also. Do they just let anyone advertise. They got alot people
