Delighted with purchase

Delighted with purchase. Very impressed with this company and has restored my faith, as was a little wary as had previously been scammed by another alleged legit company.. Item was exactly as described, and even included an additional unexpected accessory. Delivery was prompt too.

I was looking for this 4K Google TV for…

I was looking for this 4K Google TV for a long time. It seems to be sold out on other websites so I found it here. I had great hesitation to buy something from this ShopPlay website because I was afraid but I took the risk hoping that they wouldn't cheat me. So I decided to pay. After paying I got info on email only with payment that I bought 4K Chromecast I must admit that it looked strange because usually when you buy something you immediately have confirmation with a photo of what exactly you bought. I was a bit worried and not sure about it. but after two days when they sent after the weekend with confirmation of shipment email I received the second one, but this time the correct email which I think you should get immediately after buying the goods. I wasn't sure but I am happy with the fast delivery and with the purchase of the original 4k TV Chromecast in the box, that's why I gave 4 stars. I recommend this website although it's hard to find them on the internet you have to search a bit on Google.

I have messaged them with an issue that…

I have messaged them with an issue that it isn't working and no reply at all. Sent the e mail to their customer service and now day 4 and nothing and yes I have checked it was sent from my e mail that is linked to this account and to the e mail you have asked me to send to do you should have it. I have sent again twice so now three in total. First was actually Tuesday so now it’s day 3 not 4 so no need to check for last seven days

Xbox controller

Bought an Xbox controller and it came and wasn’t turning on I sent it back for it to be checked and they said it was fine so after about 2 months of them taking ages to respond I sent it to Microsoft to get fixed and they said it was faulty and they did fix it. So there customer service was useless and slow.

You initially contacted us regarding an issue where the controller wouldn't turn on, which you believed was due to the battery holder—not the batteries themselves. We offered for you to send the item to us for inspection and outlined the process. Additionally, we suggested sending it directly to Microsoft for quicker resolution, but you chose to send it to us, which we were happy to accommodate.

Our initial response to your query was provided within 48 hours, well within our 72-hour response timeframe, so not "2 months".

Upon receiving the item, our team conducted thorough testing. The controller powered on without issue, and we found no faults with the battery holder or the device itself. We communicated these findings to you, and after confirming that the main concern was the device not turning on, we re-tested it. It powered on with a simple press of the button, so we returned the item to you.

A few weeks later, you reached out again, stating you were experiencing the same issue. At that point, we recommended contacting Microsoft directly, as our testing had found no faults. We provided you with clear instructions and details for sending the item to Microsoft, and we also confirmed that the product was still under warranty.

It appears that Microsoft has now replaced the item for you, which we’re glad to hear.

5 stars to the shopping experience with…

5 stars to the shopping experience with the retailer, this is my 2nd buy. Unfortunately this second time the iwas tem faulty to my great disappointment. Shopplay has been great though. The shipping was free within 5 days, but my item was delivered with care the next day. They accepted the return of a brand new phone (not working) straight away, and proceeded the refused the very same day it was delivered to them. Very fair retailer.
