Beautifully packaged and delivered on time. I thought the website was a bit shady because of how slow they were and how my payment page froze for a couple of times but it was all for nothing cause it was a smooth delivery where they kept me updated with emails.

Even worse. Shop play don't answer the phone or email until you leave a bad review. Shocking

Bought a Bluetooth speaker Harmon Kardon Citation One last year. It's stopped working as it should do.
Phoned several times. No answer.
Emailed. No reply. Had to go direct to manufacturer as Shop Play /Wickham Enterprises failed to respond in any way. Beware with purchases under £100 and buying through PayPal as PayPal can't do anything after 30 days

Initially my thoughts was that I may…

Initially my thoughts was that I may enter into "one chance" mean scammer site....when I saw the products and the price. I'm a coffe lover. I bought the machine with pod offers. But anytime I checked the price on line it's a bit expensive to buy. I can afford it but wants the price to be cheaper than the displayed by the company.

When I saw the price from Shopplay sites. My mind was let's me gamble. If I fail. I will learn from it. But my instinct was wrong. I made a right decision. The products are excellent, authentic, genuine and original..
I bought these items saving more than 40 percent as compared to the Nelespresso sites.

I will encourage many to try and buy from Shopplay sites. No regret. You safe money, your item delivered with 48 hours.
Your products are of great quality.

One thing I will like to highlight is that you changed me for delivery, but I read that any shopping more than 50 pounds is free delivery..
If so refund my delivery charge into my card.

Overall. I'm 100 percent satisfied.

Still no response following the faulty…

Still no response following the faulty nespresso coffee machine that I received last week. shoplay replied saying they hadn’t received my email or messages I left (which I don’t believe) and I should reach out to them which I have done and again been ignored. Poor customer service is an understatement.

Doubtful product origin

I received a product cheaper than the RRP. Yay me. However, a label was peeled of but can still read saying not for sale in spanish. So either it was a sample product they are selling or defective ones. Made me doubt the item I bought.

All's well in the end

Very dubious as to authenticacy of this company due to a couple of red flags.
First problem was after entering card details the payment wouldn't process.
For some reason the amount payable showed up as £0 even though my basket total was £150 +.
Always a worry that you enter all card details and nothing happens.
I eventually used Pay Pal and the payment went through.
Second problem is that the website says you can phone to speak to "a specialist"
This is incorrect.
The phone rings out then you are disconnected. I tried numerous times.
After the problem with payment earlier, this increased my concern.
I should however add that if you contact them by email/contact form, they respond quickly.
Anyway,I received confirmation that my order was dispatched but unfortunately the Royal Mail tracking website just added to my concerns as it would not work ( not Shop plays fault ) even after playing silly games to prove I was human.
My order did however arrive well within the expected time frame so all was well in the end.
This is a genuine company with perhaps an IT issue regarding payment offering a fantastic price for what I ordered.
Happy to recommend.
