Very pleased with my first purchase…

Very pleased with my first purchase from this company. Good price for the wine and quick delivery. The 12 bottles I expected to come in one box and instead they came extremely well packed in two. I had a query and this was dealt with immediately. Can’t fault them and look forward to using them again.

Not delivered to next day delivery expectations!

I placed an order at 10:43 on Saturday 1 Feb and paid £7:99 for next working day delivery. Expecting the order to be processed by Monday and delivered by Tuesday I was very disappointed that my parcel was not delivered until mid morning on Wednesday causing me to miss my best friends birthday. I simply Don’t feel I got the service I was expecting from having paid the cost of next working day delivery. The products however could not be faulted.

I've looked into this and can confirm that your order was dispatched on 03/02 via Royal Mail 24, which is a next-day delivery service. Upon reviewing the tracking details, it appears Royal Mail was unable to deliver it the following day but successfully completed redelivery on Wednesday.

We apologise for the slight delay and appreciate your understanding. As we rely on third-party couriers like Royal Mail, we unfortunately don't have control over the delivery process once the item leaves our facility, nor can we specify why the initial delivery attempt was unsuccessful.

That said, we're pleased to see the issue has been resolved, and your item has been delivered.
