I ordered a center table but nothing came in last 6 months.

have been following up with them and nobody replies.

I have ordered a table from this place on 11th May 2025. The original delivery date was mentioned as 7th June. Today is 18th July and I have absolutely NO update of what is the expected date or if its going to come at all. Order number is 807185. It has been the most frustrating experience as there is no proactive update on it at all and the lack of "care" for the customer's experience is mind boggling - for an item for which the cost is approx 50,000.

We were so excited to receive our custom gold stainless steel bench with the velvet seat. Unfortunately, the excitement was short-lived. While it looks okay from a distance and does sit under our glass table, that's about all the good I can say.

The "soft" velvet seat is thin and cheap, with barely any padding. You can feel the hard frame beneath it after sitting for just a few minutes. The gold finish is already showing tiny scratches and doesn't look like it will last. Worst of all, the bench is wobbly and feels incredibly unstable; we don't trust it to hold more than one person safely.

For the high price of a custom piece, we expected so much more in terms of quality and comfort. It's a massive disappointment and we will definitely not be ordering anything else.

I have placed an order of Budda Statue in the month of March Till now my order is pending, The phone numbers provided on the website NO Response & on WhatsApp person with name DEEPAK he was talking with me with fake commitments. he respond very rare after my 15 to 20 pings he response, i use to text him latterly by saying I BEG YOU PLEASE RESPOND karke, some times he says my product got delivered & some times he say's it has sent to some different address & it came back, all fake responses. i asked him delivery details by he is least bothered to provide the details to me... They were very quick to respond when I was doing the advance payment with out that they have not accepted my order, but post that I have been following up on the delivery since Mar to till date, and dispatch details but it's quite a nightmare. So Dear All Please don't trust this website & don't buy any products from this online shopps.in & don't get regret for your decision on buying from them. any ways i will not leave this fraud company i have all the proofs with me... i will definitely file a case of 420 cheating the customers buy taking the amounts..... SO I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO GET FOOLED BY MAKING THE ADVANCE PAYMENTS.... you will just lose your money here...

I am writing to formally register a complaint against your company regarding an order placed on 20th January 2025, which included a mirror that has not been delivered to date.

Despite multiple follow-ups, your customer service agent responded unprofessionally, stating:

“We supplied so many things and if we missed few things in delivering which should be acceptable.”
When I requested a refund for the undelivered product and warned that I would escalate the matter to the consumer court, the agent arrogantly dismissed the concern, saying:

“Go wherever you want.”
This attitude not only reflects a blatant disregard for consumer rights but also a possible pattern of fraudulent or negligent business practices.

Visually, it’s a stunner. It elevates the whole living room. But I found it a bit heavier than I expected, so moving it around isn’t easy. Still, if you want a standout centrepiece, it does the job well.

Pathetic service. Had placed the order in March and have still not received any update on my order. They do not respond and there is no option to reach out to them either.

I normally don't write negative reviews, because I understand how difficult it's for businesses to operate successfully. But I would certainly not recommend buying from shopps.in. Order placed 3 months back, no communication from their side post order confirmation. I have to call multiple times to get connected, have to send multiple messages to get a reply. If and when connected, they say it's under despatch but nothing happens after that.

When you ask for a refund on message, no reply. If luckily you get connected on call and ask for refund, they rudely cut the call. In my most recent call when I asked why have they not been replying to msges or call back requests, they said, "I am talking to you now, right? Why talk about what happened in the past?" I was awestruck, literally! No apologies, plain defiance!

Now I come here and see similar experiences from other people, I am not surprised. I wish I had seen this site before placing the order.

They have taken money and have not delivered my product for 3 months. The complaint number is RR98T5904. They have provided me multiple dummy tracking IDs. On email they keep saying it's in transit but I placed the order and made the payment on the 9th of Feb and it's been 3 months now with no sign of my table that I ordered for almost 10K INR. This website is absolutely unethical. I have screenshots of order confirmation, Payment, as well as their delay tactics on email over the last 3 months as evidence.

I ordered two wall arts from shopps.in and contacted before placing the order for delivery urgency.
I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but the delivery process is frustrating and disappointing. It has never arrived or shipped until now and there is little to no communication about the delay. When I reached out for updates, I didn’t get a clear response, which made the experience even more frustrating. I would definitely avoid shopping from this retailer again and would never recommend.

My god what a FAKE COMPANY ...PLZ PLZ PLZ B careful they are just FAKE I have paid 9000 rupees online but still no updates no tracking nothing moreover they don't pik up phones . Plz b careful.with your money .

I paid for the mirror on the online shops.in website on 20th Jan 2025. Paid 17k and still not received the order. We are doing Follow for several days now, but no one is responding.

There are many victims of this website, so everyone should be aware. Please spread awareness. Don’t buy anything from this website and try to write as much as review as possible. Beware of this Fraud Website who Traps buyers and does not deliver.I Ordered a dining table Costing Rs 1, 52, 150/- on 24 Aug 24 from Shopping Platform “SHOPPS.IN” vide order number 615888.Even when I was ordering I got a Whattsapp call from their Customer care who politely lured me to place the order. I was promised that delivery will be made within 15 days of order. Even after 15 Days of order, When I didn’t receive my item or any dispatch detail from the seller I tried to contact them, I could not contact them as they had switched Off the number from which they had called and there was no response from their WhatsApp Chat also. Even their Customer care number(Given on website) was not working . After putting lot of efforts, I could contact them on WhatsApp Call on after 20 days of placing order. I was told by the representative that they accept that my delivery is delayed and all other orders in last 2 months have been delayed. I told them in that case they must cancel my order and refund my amount immediately They confirmed me that they have cancelled my order and forwarded my refund request vide Complaint No: RR615888/23/09/24 to their concerned department.
But after this, I again did not get information regarding the refund details from this Fraud Seller. I kept writing them emails and kept calling them on WhatsApp call but got no satisfactory reply. Did endless mail communication with them for refund but still did not get refund.Then I raised a Chargeback with my Credit Card Bank regarding this transaction that neither I received the ordered Items nor I got the refund. Seeing that I have Escalated the matter with Bank, On 03 Oct 24, I got Whatsapp message from a lady of MS DÉCOR, Moradabad, saying that their all the orders were delayed and this is the reason they could not deliver my item. When I told her to refund my amount immediately, She never responded back. Then I received a mail and call from the seller that, ‘Since I have raised chargeback with my Credit Card, Let the Banks deal with it” and threatened on call that they will see how I will get my money back now’.
They then played fraud with the Credit Card Bank also saying that they have already delivered the items and provided the bank a copy of Invoice of the order and a fraudulent copy of the Courier Slip as proof of delivery, which was never dispatched..Infact, the Ticket number of Courier Slip of RIVIGO MAHINDRA LOGISTICS is shown as Invalid on the website of RIVIGO MAHINDRA LOGISTICS.
Then I raised the matter to RBI Ombudsman on 08 Jan 25.When Bank was carrying out it’s Investigation, On 23 Jan 25, got a message from same(earlier) representative that their Owner(that Lady of MS Decor,Moradabad) wants will call me .After few minutes I got a whatsapp call from MS DÉCOR, Moradabad .When I told her that they did not deliver my item from last 05 months and they are Fraud, she kept the phone down and told “do Whatever you want, they will neither deliver the item nor refund my money back”. After few minutes I received whatsapp call from same representative again wherein he asked me why I have escalated the matter to RBI?I told him since you have done Fraud with me, so now get ready to face the music.In the mean time I contacted the Local Police with all the documents(Mail Communication and Whatsapp chats with this Fraud Website, Fraudulent Dispatch documents they had provided to Bank). SHO told me that I should had come to the them earlier as it’s just an open and shut case as I have all the evidences and assured me that they will be taught an Exemplary lesson. SHO immediately called on the number but their was another lady that side. SHO left a message for callback. Next day got a call from SHO, that same person had called up and they have immediately refunded the amount to my Credit Card, which I received.Though I have received my money back, but I have decided that I am not going to leave these Fraudsters and follow up them with Police and legally too so that they can't cheat any innocent buyer in future.Following are few things to be kept in mind while dealing with this Fraud Website.They will be very helpful and polite till the time you order from their website.They always call from Whatsapp number.They don’t have any shop or store and have tie up with some local vendor at Moradabad . Lady of MS DÉCOR, Moradabad is controlling all these Fradulent transactions and they have just copied all pictures shown on their website.You can notice, once someone puts a negative review regarding their shopping experience with SHOPPS.IN, you can see number of Positive reviews(sometimes 10-12) on a same day or within few days. You can very well make out that all the POSITIVE Reviews are PAID/FAKE reviews.If anyone facing same issue.Please report the matter with all proof to police and lodge FIR to sort them out.

I placed an order with this company in September 2024, but after nearly five months, my product has still not been delivered. I paid the full amount upfront, as they were offering a discount for advance payment. However, now no one is answering the customer care phone number, and there’s been no response to my emails. It feels like the company has completely disappeared.

I have already filed a complaint with cybercrime authorities and will continue to pursue legal action. DO NOT buy from Shopps.in.
