SCAM!!! I placed my order on April 20. On May 4th I realized I haven't received any package or any email with tracking number. I emailed them on May 4 they replied a couple hours later saying they are on vacation from 4/8 to 5/7. That's a long vacation. Today is May 12 and when I click on the tracking on the Shop App it now says NO ORDER FOUND. Good thing I already called my bank yesterday and started the process of trying to get my money back.
I got five sets and two tops, they are soooo cute. Shipping was timely considering all pieces are handmade, and the packaging is as cute as the pieces themselves. I also appreciated the free tote bag included.
I am more than happy to spend a little more to support a small business--although the prices here are actually on par with most coquette brands!--where I know who's making the items. The story behind the brand is really touching. As the daughter of immigrant parents who always put their children and their work before themselves, I really relate to the founder and her mom!
