Unsatisfied!
As an entrepreneur I think it is always important to get feedback from clients, so here is mine.
I have to say in the beginning everything seemed to be fine, the approach, the story, but things changed when they saw I was not worth it because it would take too much of their time to put me up and running with their software, so the conclusion is:
Is the software easy to use? No!
Do they take the time to assist you? No!
