Shop Suckle appears to be Out of Business - Avoid

Ordered an adaptor and repalcement silicone ring back in December, however have not recieved any response from Suckle since then. Have emailed them on multiple emails and via Instagram. No repsonse. Was forced to start a chargeback via my credit card company.

Shame, but it looks like Suckle is out of business.

Used to be legit, now a SCAM.

Ordered Dec 2023 after a friend had ordered in 2022 with raving reviews. Didn’t think to check reviews as I’ve never had issues before. Company has vanished with no social media updates and purchase says Suckle NORTH AMERICA only once purchase confirmed when it is an AU website and company (well, was). Someone has taken over the transactions and pocketing the money without ever sending emails, updates, tracking or the actual product. PLEASE REPORT AS A SCAM to your bank.

Took my money and vanished

I ordered their food warmer back in June. It arrived very quickly. Was so excited to use it but unfortunately it was faulty. The customer service was very prompt at responding to my emails, I trusted them. They asked me to return the unit in original packaging and they would issue a refund. So I did and never got my money back. So I paid for a faulty product AND postage to return to them and lost all my money. They never replied. I’m really upset. 😫

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before buying this product. I have written an email bout faulty cable therefore cant recharge and product is useless but haven’t heard back. Customer service is appalling, would never recommend this item to anyone. Do not waste your money

Another negative review! Still waiting for my order

Writing another review as I’m still waiting for any sort of reply from suckle. I’ve paid for my food warmer and had zero communication. I send them messages daily asking for a refund or just send me what I’ve paid for. No reply.
PayPal is taking their sweet time investigating. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’ve seen the warmer advertised through other pages. Try them so you’re not disappointed like me.

Very Disappointed

I'm so disappointed to be writing this review, my initial experience with suckle was fine, this was about a year ago, since then I have had to return my bottle warmer as it is faulty. In email correspondence prior to me returning the product one of the employees was so helpful, responded really quickly to my emails. Since returning the product though I have heard NOTHING. I can see from the tracking number it has been recieved, I've email them twice and messaged them on instagram for an update and still no reply in almost a month. I'm starting to think I will not be getting a bottle warmer back. When there are other companies with the same product I just don't see why you would bother with suckle. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

Broke in less than 1 year

Loved it and had no issues to begin with. Then the battery died after just 6-7 months of use. Therefore, would only work when always plugged in. Even then the warmer would drop down to 40% after warming up just 1 bottle. So pretty much useless and cant take it anywhere without an outlet. Tried getting in contact with customer service with proof of order but been ignored. Do yourself a favour and spend your money on a different brand, not suckle.

No customer support or response from instagram and email.

I have purchased a set from these guys and have received it and have requested for a return due to 1 being faulty. They have sent me a return form but no returns address. Have been waiting for someone to respond to my email, IG direct message and no response. Now that I have read reviews from this year and it sounds like I’m not the only one they’re not responding to. Have checked their website and that’s also down. It’s unbelievable what this business is doing 😩

STAY AWAY

Would rate minus stars. It's been 7 weeks and still have not received item. Customer service response took 2 weeks to reply after a number of reach outs questioning
where this item, to only repond with apologies only no real answers. $140 aud dollars and no product yet. Finally got a email last week saying item is ready to be dispatched, when you check the tracking its still in depot waiting for collection. Never have I ever has such a bad experience.

SCAM

I would give it no stars if I could. This company has scammed me also. Just like so many others here I wish I had read reviews prior to spending my money with Shop Suckle. Absolute disgrace. They need to be shut down immediately. 3 emails sent within 2 weeks with no response back. Will be proceeding with legal action now!

Do not order from this site! I paid for a product 3.5 weeks ago and has not heard back. No delivery, no updates, no replies for 2 emails and message online. No other ways to communicate so will be going through other channels to get money back.

Do Not Recommend - Doesn’t Work!

My product was faulty - I used it at 37 degrees and the milk was still cold. Tried 40 degrees and was only a tiny bit warmer. The milk being used was fridge temperature that had been out of the fridge for 1.5 hours in an insulated bottle holder. The machine was fully charged and brand new.
No response from Suckle which is extremely disappointing.

Our Portable Bottle Warmer warms the liquid depending on the amount of liquid you are trying to heat, ambient temperature, and which temp setting you want. Normally it takes anywhere from 5-10 mins. Also, refrigerated liquid may take longer to heat up. We would like to look into this for you.
