Lodge a paypal dispute if you can!
Had to lodge a paypal dispute for company to get back to me about not shipping my item, but then had to escalate it to a paypal claim to get them to actually send it and stop lying by claiming it was sent (when in fact they had only created a shipping label and not sent it - confirmed by aus post). In that time, they also chose to conveniently not respond to refund suggestions given I will barely get any use out ot bottle warmer now!!) 6 weeks later, it actually arrived...far from their claim of fast shipping from sydney warehouse with arrival in <8 days. I would guess they had no stock and wouldn't admit it, as it arrived within 5 days when they actually bothered to ship the item

Scam!!
Scam!!! wife purchased product 5 weeks ago.....still waiting. Have reported them to our bank who is chasing a refund. Multiple emails sent, item isn't even tracked. They would also only offer 10% refund which is an absolute joke and also a lie for sure. Have purchased new product from local store arrive in 2 days.

Possible fraud or just really rubbish at running a business?
Same story as many many others.
Except I reached out BEFORE purchasing to confirm that they had stock of the item I wanted. They assured me they had them at their warehouse and while there was a packing delay it wouldn't be too long.
The shipping label was created Dec 1 but like everyone else it is still "processing" I am well aware this means all they've done is print the label and not actually dispatched the order. All communications ceased once I asked for a full refund and my comments are being deleted off social media. I am now in the process of reversing the charge through my bank and have lodged a suspected fraudulent business report with the ACCC

Order never arrived. Same story as everyone else, don’t even bother they will take your money and never send product. I have reported them to ACCC and lodged a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back. I recommend everyone does this if you’ve had the same experience.

Purchased warmer on the 7/11
Purchased warmer on the 7/11. Emailed to see where it was as I hadn’t received any tracking info. Got a reply to say it was ready to process. Still says the same thing as it did on the 21/11. Now no one is replying to the emails I’ve sent. I just want my money back.

Scam and dishonest
I won’t bore with the details but I’ve had the exact same issues as everybody has said - fake tracking number and now they’ve stopped responding to emails - I bought this over a month ago and was due to take it this Friday on a long trip with my baby - now I don’t have time to get a replacement and I’m completely stuck having bought all the food for the trip! Do not buy from this company they are so misleading - I don’t know if I’ll ever receive the product and when I do it will be too late I won’t have use for it.

Sadly to say I had the same experience with almost everyone here. I ordered the bottle warmer on 8th November and it still has not arrived. There has been no updates on the Auspost tracking link for 3 weeks. The company also is not responding to my emails. Very disappointed.

Dishonest sellers. If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought one of their portable bottle warmers with a 30% discount code on 7/11/22 under the impression given by their website that domestic shipping would take 2-7 business days. I got an email 10/11/22 saying "you'll get it soon as it has ALREADY SHIPPED". Ten more days later I got another email saying it had shipped and this time with an Australia Post tracking number. The tracking number indicated that Australia Post had not even received the product for processing yet. I emailed on the 21/11/22 and again on the 29/11/22, but only received the standard cookie cutter standardised reply telling me to wait longer as they were a family owned and run business that had been inundated with orders. I see by the other reviews here that the excuses given were inconsistent between buyers. I'm most annoyed because they lied, saying they were so busy they were processing all the orders as fast as they could, when in reality they have no stock, they have nothing to ship, and instead of just letting people know and offering them a refund, they purchase an Australia Post shipping label and pretend it's shipped by providing a useless tracking number. I'm glad I didn't get express post. I ended up forcing a refund through PayPal. If you paid with credit card you may be able to backcharge via the bank to get your money back.

DONT BUY TERRIBLE BUSINESS
Ordered 7/11 and still nothing. Pathetic responses from them with lies of delays etc.. Spke to Aus post who dont have it or know where it is as they have only received the electronic info but no physical pick up of it. Flying overseas in the weekend, this was suppose to be a xmas present for my daughter, total let down. Emailed them 2 days ago for a refund and of course no reply!! Myself and many others totally scammed!!

Haven't got item yet
Reading these reviews scare me i made an order and still waiting, the company replied and said they have a huge delay at the ports and are waiting stock and offered me 10% refund for the delay. I told them i have already got an email to say it's been shipped out and wanted to confirm that it actually has been but they haven't replied yet. I needed this item for my upcoming trip now i am desperately trying to find something else last min. I will be asking for a refund hopefully i can get one. Not happy as i was really excited to try this and needed this item for my holiday :(

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Ordered at the start of November. Item didn’t arrive. They printed shipping label, but item was never sent. I think they don’t have stock, but keep selling the items. Buy Jiffy brand instead, at least it’s stocked by baby stores. Customer service stops replying as soon as you ask for refund.

Suckle bottle warmer will it ever arrive?
Never received! Ordered a bottle warmer with suckle in early November 2022. Have contacted the company multiple times to be told item is on its way. Now they are not responding to my emails. Unfortunately checking directly with Australia post the item tracking number given for the parcel has not been sent out to them or even in their system! no tracking updates for over 3 weeks! Disappointed feel like I have been scammed. Never had this bad an experience before. As a mum with limited funds this is terrible. Would not recommend to others.
How can they continue to advertise all over fb pretending to be so genuine.

SCAM- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I placed my order in Early November & I have still not received my order. They asked me to keep an eye on the tracking. I have previously worked for Australia Post and I know that they are just creating a shipping label but not actually sending the item. This company is a total SCAM. Don’t buy from them. I have just wasted almost $200.00. Also they have stopped responding to my messages now. I am about to report their fraudulent trading to Australia post & ASIC.

absolute life saver
absolute life saver! Our suckle comes with us everywhere. Its even come with us on the plane trip and to christmas island for holidays. Has been great and very handy to have as i essentially pump for my baby. Only wish i had it for my first baby as i essentially pumped for her as well. No more asking restaurants for hot water to heat up the milk or preheating and worrying the milk will go off . Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase.

Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. I ordered a bottle warmer on the 7th of Nov, the website stated “Fast Dispatch from Our Sydney Warehouse”. This is very misleading and untrue!
I emailed two weeks after and they still haven’t even sent the package out. It has now been a month and still nothing ..

Don’t waste your time or money
I wish I never wasted my time or money on this product, having ordered it early September for my then 1 month old, I contacted customer service requesting an update on my order. I received a few spam emails encouraging me to buy more products when I hadn’t even received an order confirmation. This was a pre order, the team did not advise a timeframe and kept “reassuring” me the stock will be sent out ASAP. I made contact again to say I haven’t had any info confirmation and that I would be requesting a refund, that day they sent the order shipment… I have only just received the product 3 months later, which is no good use as my baby no longer uses bottle. Not worth the money at all. Useless
